How to use Bitcoin Core

I have just tried installing Bitcoin Core recently as I was told its more secure than other online wallets, but i need some help regarding the following:-
- where to set the secret phrase 
- how to know my private key 
- My receiving address is it the same or does it change
- if my machine crashes how do i restore my funds (i know they are stored on the blockchain but how to have access to it with BTC Core??)
- what files do i need to backup and how to RESTORE it on a different PC or after PC reformat/crash ??...

Do you mean your password? Or seed?

Bitcoin Core doesn't have a seed. You'll need to back up your wallet.dat file.
For password, go to Settings -> Encrypt wallet.

How to export your private key (ignore the importing to Omniwallet part)

- My receiving address is it the same or does it change

It changes every new transaction.

You can also dump all your private keys (including your change addresses) with 'dumpwallet'.

So the wallet.dat file that is in the installation directory is the only file i will need to restore access to my wallet in case my PC burns or worse ?...
I have also encrypted my wallet, but does that mean if my machine ever got hacked, i am 100% safe ?.. what to do for Maximum protection of my funds stored on my PC ?...

If your machine gets hacked and they get your wallet.dat file, they will need the password. But if you got infected with a trojan or keylogger, they may end up getting your password. In this case, they will have full control over your funds.

I would say: don't get infected (don't download and run random files, use a good anti-virus, etc...).

What if i give my receive address to someone to send me BTC then it changes, will i get my BTC or it will be lost ?!?...

And is it impossible to restore access to my wallet if i loose the the wallet.dat file ?.. from what i learned about BTC the funds are stored in the BTC network not actually on the machine, so is there is a way to get it back or no ?...

Your wallet.dat holds all your addresses (and private keys). So, you can use every address as often as you like, but it is not recommended because this makes it easier to track you.

You back up your wallet by going to File> Backup wallet. Then you will be asked where to store the backup. File wallet.dat will keep all your personal wallet information, including the unique Bitcoin address created automatically and the private key. Reusing an address after a transaction is not recommended as it is a security risk. Send the remaining data after the transaction to a new wallet, which is linked to a new private key. Personal locks are a detail in bitcoin. A private key is automatically associated with a bitcoin address and both are unique, created for you. No one can break or recreate it.
Bitcoin deals are always open and visible to everyone in the blockchain trade show website. Never store a private key or even import it into any device if you do not need it.

id like to experemtn by downloading bitcoin core to my main daily backed up PC (but who knows what could happen) and a redundant laptop, i have downloaded the initial 150 GB+ to my main PC and received a test amount and got that fine, i was trying to redownload bitcoin core on my laptop and use the same account there of my main PC isntead of redownloading a copy of the blockchain into the laptop again and creating a New Wallet, is it possible to view the same wallet on both the PC and the laptop and have redundant access to my wallet on both machines or not ?...
