I think the community can control and oversee the bussiness accounting of this project. With blockchain technology it should be transparent.
And if you read in their medium, they said "We want to make sure that methods we invented are implemented with top quality and guarantee full transparency to our token holders."
They will fully take the responsibility for what they create.

Of course, blockchain is there to supervise certain activities but more on the processes with data registrations on the marketplace, AI and payments from investors.

We have all the financials done. There are a lot of components taken into consideration - first, we need to be sure academy financials are strong and solid so it can operate without the marketplace. On top of that 10 years projections from the marketplace, AI, trackers, franchising revenue, silver token holders return were calculated.
We came with the solid model.
