Do you have a partnership or collaboration with the fifa?
Our collaboration is with local football associations where we get the license for operating as a club. So yes, technically they are FIFA local representatives but not directly with Geneva. Thank you for your answer Have you already started your talent detection program, or are you waiting for the end of the STO? |

Do you mean scouts? Yes, we will have our own team and AI help to assess kids better. Thank you. Yes, that's what I meant. Which African countries do you target in particular to find new talents? East Africa for now - Zambia as first one. And how do you recruit people from countries like East Africa or Zambia? Do you have staff over there? Yes, mixed team with local and European coaches working onsite together. That will allow to share knowledge with local coaches and more option to train more people in destination country. But you can't fully decentralize sports. Is your main goal to foster cooperation between different nations and to share the knowledge? |
