to some extent, the project is going to compete with YouTube. let's see how it will develop. But as a content Creator I would use this project.
this i think is one major bottleneck of beatzcoin project, competing the youtube channel! how many content creators do you think have heard beatz so far? how many participated on their artist and content accelerator campaign as part of their roadmap at the beginning of this year? getting a small share that youtube is currently enjoying is i believe a good start. but we have to wait whats gonna happen with their VibraVid TV this coming year. can we see it come to life? or just another project that might not see the light at the end of the tunnel? I think that users will have an interest in VibraVid TV after advertising on the service is integrated and then users can earn Users are always interested in profit, and if now the platform does not make a profit, then it will be used by a much smaller number of people |

Does this have a working platform? What is being done to avoid passing the Howey Test, which determines if something is a securities offering and regulated by the SEC? I'm not a lawyer, but my understanding is if the token is being offered to non-accredited investors with an expectation of profit based on a platform or product that's still in development, then it passes the Howey Test and is considered to be a security and illegal to sell to non-accredited investors. I believe there is a loophole if you cap the funds raised to $100,000 but could be risky otherwise.
