Do you some ways to improve our memory retention? I want to improve mine. Exams are coming. I have to review all my subjects in able to pass.

Practising the memory is the best way to improve memory. (DUH)  It's that simple.

I practised mine, and after a little while I could remember a whole deck of cards, and play chess without seeing the board. Some might think they are "tricks" but learning those  actually also improve all memory use.

If you are interested, Tony Buzan has written many good books about the subject.

I have always wondered why schools don't teach how  the memory works and how to use it in  studying  Shocked

Buy a new RAM, high Bus, good clock, large volume. That will be improved more. Btw, good luck to you  Grin

I think the best way to do that without wasting money is to meditate and improve your concentration ability so memory will eventually improve

Focus more and your memory will improve and reduce using mobile phone and the TV

Sleep enough. There's been studies that creatine increases IQ as well as iodine. Sugar hinders brain function. The supplement bacopa is also good for this.

for memory improvement you have to first discover what work for you because some methods not right for everyone!! but sometimes find what is most comfortable for you to attach to what you reading it might be a mathematical sequence you can easily memorize tag it to your study and try to visualize with that

previously i took lecithin, but it is not really recommend, you will feel memory goes bad after u stop take it, maybe i had overdose but u may have a try with not so heavy dose
