Because everyone certainly wants to benefit from the investments they make, but for now, seeing unstable market conditions, of course it will be difficult to get what we want, hopefully market conditions will recover quickly so that we can get maximum results from what has been we invest

I don't know what's going to happen to change the market. All the falls and recent growth are not fundamental shifts. Most likely it is either the work of traders, exchanges or what is news.

Surely those who are still the holders, are people who still have strong confidence that prices will recover and experience an increase someday. And everyone who is still the holder, I think is a person who is able to see the situation and conditions and is able to be patient, so that in the end they will benefit through what they invest.

for now it might be because etherium continues to fall and other altcoins are also down so they are holding holdings on altcoins that have improved prices.

No offense, but I think holding coins at this bear market doesn't any sense. Why is everyone becoming the crypto holder? From the Legendary to a newbie, most of the people suggest to hold, But why? Yes, I know holding coin may give a bug rewards in future because I was a holder too. I had 15K USD, and my all of USD becomes less than 4K USD in front of my eyes. I just keep checking my wallet and every time my feelings were the same " sucks". Are you holding to be a millionaire like some people who bought bitcoin at 5 USD or less price and sold in more than 10K USD?

I did not hold for lose my capital. Did you? Then why you still holding and losing your money. Please kindly learn to trade. By trading your coins, in this bear market, you can make a lot of money within a few days to months.

I sold my all coins in the last month when bitcoin huts 8400 USD, and then I keep continue trading. In this one month, I made more than 2200 USD Profits. Now I had all of past holding coins with extra 2200 USD Profit.

If you can't trade or if you totally newbie here, then you may keep holding. But at least I suggest learning how to trade. This is my personal opinion. You may follow it or not. Best of luck.

Thank You.
Obviously why people hodl it's because they arereally make their funds for investment very low right now.The reason for that is when the market really decreasing it's value and in fact makes people weak.

The market began to grow, and now it is very dangerous to continue trading intraday, it may happen that you sell your coins but you can’t then buy back at a cheaper price, and therefore the optimal strategy now is to continue HODL.

Because people that have bought crypto during the last December pump are forced to hold their savings because otherwise they will lose a bunch of money. These guys are waiting for the next bull run as for their second birthday.

the main reason every one becoming holder is most of the coins gets pump get a sudden pump so in order to gain the profits most of the altcoin holders hold their gain for frequents pumps
To be honest, many investors already understand what pumping is and how to use it properly, because in most cases it turns out that people very often actually find themselves in situations where they really have to work hard
Grin It seems to me that everyone who recently joined is cursed in the foreign exchange market, who are not used to working, especially considering the earnings of previous years. To date, you need to sweat very much to earn good money.
It depends on what you are talking about, because if you work with a cryptocurrency market, then even sweating simply will not work, because now the most important thing is probably to have the right approach to what the correct flow of investment is causing you now

because with market conditions like this, the most rational way is to become a holder until the market is fully recovered and safe for short-term trading use

It is best now to forget about their investments and remember them in a few months...I think the situation should change for the better.

sometimes we really have to be willing to continue to be holders but actually it is not a bad thing because it is evident that now the market has started to improve, I am sure if you hold your coins then you will get a lot of benefits.

of course, there is no point in keeping coins only in a bear market, but there is a huge sense to keep coins for a long time, as coins make it possible to earn huge money

I think we all became holders at some point because the bear market took us unaware, when we were expecting the bull to return but the bear market couldn't just stop. But i think we might possibly see a better cryptocurrency market in 2019. Till then let's sit tight and hope for the best to come.

Almost all people become a hodler because they can't understand Technical Analytics or (TA). I'm hodler too
The market currently is bearish so it is good to hodl and get more profit!

But in general, it seems to me that the cryptocurrency market is not a short-term market, because today there are only long-term forecasts, which are probably calculated for 5 years and more, which speak only about the positive effects of BTC

Personally, I hold since I knew myself where cryptocurrency is going. Its going to be the future, as much as I can afford I'll buy more coins and and hold it for longer term. Knowing that cryptocurrency have reach a high peak before there is a high possibility that it would regain its price and even got more higher. Just make sure that what you're holding is all safe and secure. I choose an open source multi wallet that could store my preferred coin and token, I use HODLER wallet app since it gives me security and full control over my funds.

You can store your coins on the most secure wallets, but until the situation with the crypto-currency market becomes clear-most of these coins will remain wrappers that will not cost anything.

Learn from those who adapted Bitcoins early, if they don't hodl on their Bitcoins and they panicked and sold when price was still below $100, they could be among those who are kicking themselves why they sold or didnt buy when Bitcoin was still below $100. Those who holdl learned, those who panic and sold cry later.
