Not all forex players stick to crypto, they may be here but they still do the scalping in the old market.

You probably didn't follow a profitable strategy, traders usually share their strategies in the babypips forex forum which will help you  all these trading. All you need is to have a discipline in following them. The strategies includes the settings in MT4 but you have to test them using your demo account first.  If you have tried this you might not lose your $1800. I'm still with forex market even today, I don't trade with higher leverage but only trade when the strategy I follow says so.

of course crypto trading for me.
Forex is to hard for me, if we dont have much margin .... we must already go to hell

Everybody knows that trading crypto is better than forex, basically the profits in crypto are even bigger than the profits in forex field, easier for lucky and experienced peoples and risky for the stupid ones.
You can earn a fortune using crypto if you were lucky and smart, with forex, it might end up in a bad way i think.

You're fool. Forex is safer. Forex is the face of a country. The government never let it die. But Cryptos is different. No one controls it. If the market reachs its bottom, people'll leave it. Only sharks will play together and they'll die too.

The main difference I see is the commission you pay on forex vs crypto.
Forex exchange's most profit goes on commission while you have better control over crypto exchange.
Forex exchange has paperworks and taxes and due to the low volatility, you would need a huge liquidity to get profitable in long run.

You're absolutely right chief. Looking back, I now realize that I didn't follow working and profitable strategies. I was desperate to make quick bucks and I paid the price dearly. I came to realization of certain strategies at the tail end of it all, when my account had been blown

Not until now that i am mature enough to understand things but what attracted me is this crypto community,and for me this is the future since we talked about technology here and not jut profiteering

Trading crypto and trading forex is similar but there is a greater volatility in this market, this can be good or bad, if you are good then you can make a lot of money very quickly but if you are not very good then you can lose all your money very fast, also forex requires that you know how the market moves at certain moments during the day because certain actors enter and exit the market at particular hours and this makes trading even harder if you do not know that information.

I relate to the latter part of your post especially as it relates the technology behind the coins traded in crypto which is the driving force. This is in sharp contrasts to forex trading where a lot is determined by the centralized government for each currencies.

I used to trade forex for some years before I heard of a d got into cryptos. From my experience, I prefer cryptos trading to forex most especially when cryptos is in bull season. The movement in forex is slow and not as fast as cryptos and forex is more manipulated than cryptos for now

I have heard Forex 3 years ago. In fact, I often see ads when I'm searching on the internet. But to be honest, I was not interested in joining Forex at that time. I also prefer crypto trading, market never sleeps, specially if you are in the other side of the planet. Accessible and you can start small and as you gain experience, starts to up the ante and the next time you know you are having a field day and making profits. For forex, I haven't done any trade on that market, but from what I understand its also volatile and very risky as crypto trading. And there's a lot of deterministic factors for the price, as compare to crypto wherein its based purely on supply and demand.
