Is there any software that can remove icloud activation lock from an iphone/ipad?
Lets say that I do not own the device and bought it off someone else.

I just can’t dig it now maybe you both can try that there’s a service who can unlocked the iCloud but I think for limited model only and not the totality of apple gadgets

Here in my place I use to have same problem with my IPad Mini2 and the technician I know did unlocked it for me since my youngest son changed the iCloud and forget about it

The best place you can actually find an answer regarding the softwares or ways to unlock or remove icloud activation lock is youtube. I don't think you can actually find any reliable solution to this your problem. Try searching on youtube, you might get the answer you are looking for...
