From nearly bankrupting betking by stealing millions from its ICO funds to completely destroying the reputation of betking single-handedly, somehow the investors have allowed this serial scammer imbecile Dean Nolan to take ownership of over 78% of betking.

Somehow a part of me believes they should have started that legal action against him when it a hot-topic within a closed group very recently. Even now they should reconsider and start the legal action. I also will contribute all my findings and research to the cause because it will be the best way for the investors to try to recoup some of the millions that were siphoned-off by serial scammer imbecile Dean Nolan and will hopefully result in him getting jail time.

His latest masterstroke was to move over to EOS tokens with billions of BKT set aside for airdrops and promotions in the hope to bring in 200,000 new users. It did not work, betking is virtually dead.

There were a staggering 10,000,000,000 BKT tokens created on EOS. Now, there are just 414,268,058 BKT in circulation and a massive 8,085,731,942 BKT burned. The remaining 1,500,000,000 BKT belong to serial scammer Dean Nolan.

So just to recap, of the 1,914,268,058 BKT remaining which form ownership of betking, serial scammer Dean Nolan alone currently owns more than 78.5% of betking yet when the EOS tokens were launched he owned 10%.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Gee, what could possibly go wrong here?  Roll Eyes

He only has more than 3x the total circulating supply of this token... Unfortunately he won't be able to crush the token from almost nothing to nothing too easily, as there seems to be zero market demand for it.

I've been following this issue since you first commented about it, and then thanks to LoyceV's input on the matter as well in the Scam Accusations section. No doubt what he's been doing is illegal, but even when it comes to these types of issues that could border on the gray areas of the law, why would anyone trust a guy with such an awful reputation on anything going forward? He's got an awful track record and I would hope investors of any future project of his would take that into consideration before trusting him with their money.

Nice to see your post nutildah, thank you for posting here and for keeping an eye on what is going on with this subject.

Yes it is true, serial scammer Dean Nolan owns over 78.5% of the current incarnation of the betking website and this after he stole 30 million of the original 100 million BKB tokens created in the 2017 ICO and on top of those 30 million tokens he stole it is currently hard to work out exactly how many other tokens he stole when he siphoned them off.

A simple calculation using the guaranteed buy-back rate which he ditched as soon as he cashed in the 30 million BKB tokens he stole it amounted to $2.785 million and that amount is excluding the untold millions of BKB tokens he siphoned-off.

Somehow when he moved over to EOS tokens creating BKT tokens he ended up with 10% of the tokens for himself thus 10% ownership and the investors allowed that to happen. Now, by burning over 8 billion of the 10 billion EOS tokens it leaves this serial scammer pathetic imbecile Dean Nolan with an ownership of over 78.5% of all BKT tokens. Strange how he did not burn his own ownership on the same ratio as he was burning other tokens so his stake would never have increased and investors would have held more than the 414 million BKT tokens they share between them.

He obviously has fooled the original ICO investors by spinning them more lies and duped them in to hanging on yet in the end he is effectively the majority shareholder by a massive margin even though he scammed everybody and pocked multi-millions illegally after the 2017 ICO and that is theft which if investors step forward will be enough to start legal proceedings against this serial scammer Dean Nolan.

I am trying to get a few more pieces of information and evidence as well as information from ICO investors before presenting my case file to the UK (Scotland Sheriff) Police: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5047787.0

It was never about actually building a feasible straight business, it was done during the peak ICO times and it was just to see if they could make a lot of money with it, they did made a ton of money and they have earned more than they could ever dreamed of and now its time to move on, not like they planned on paying anyone anything, they were planning on just getting the total amount all together at once, you can put that much money into savings account and still live a very large life, running a casino does make you a lot of profit but first you have to work for it and be careful not to get hacked and on top of that you only make a lot of money every day, this way you make years worth of it in one day. Hence, they didn't even set out to create a good business.

I think you captured the sentiments and the facts correctly.

Serial scammer Dean Nolan had no intention of running a straight business. He just wanted to line his own pockets and the ICO was the perfect excuse. He made millions of USD$ which were stolen from the company that owned betking in 2017 which was registered in Costa Rica (Betking SRL Number: 3-102-744110).

Nowadays the Costa Rica company no longer exists and it just © betking.io in the website footer and that of course means that serial scammer Dean Nolan can be sued in a Court of law in the United Kingdom with ease because he has no off-shore company to hide behind.

If investors and winners that were scammed would like to have this thief imbecile Dean Nolan investigated by the UK Police (Scotland Sheriff) then please get in touch so I can add your information to my case file before presenting it to the legal authorities:

So the serial scammers opens a self-moderated thread then locks it.

He explains betking is closed because of a hack and he somehow will make payments to investors but continues to refer to "we". He is one man band  Roll Eyes

He made no mention that he stole 50 BTC in October 2019 and blamed it on an imaginary hack which only happened after he transferred all the bankroll funds from the cold-wallet to the hot-wallet just before the hack took place yet he never had done that before going back to the days of the pocketrocketcasino days until the time of the hack.

He will go to jail - it is inevitable.

Somehow it is unlocked to allow a newbie to post before locking it again. The only way it works is if a sock-puppet is being controlled by the imbecile serial scammer Dean Nolan:

I'm really wondering now what's the reason he opened that thread ? I mean the site is done and bitcointalk doesn't trust him anyways so what's the point ?

currently I really don't understand the situation at all cause I never expected him to show up here , does this thing have anything to do with legal stuffs or is there actually a chance that he is willing to pay these lost funds ?

totally agree with you about the newbie accounts tho it's totally shady and most likely fake as well , but what's the point of these positives vouches Huh

May be he is feeding his ego by opening the thread or he is willing to compensate everyone who lost money for the experiment he was doing, these tokens are high risk experiment and you cannot control how the market should react and may be that is what happened to him.

There is no clarity on how he is going to compensate his investors nor where the funds comes and that too after getting his site hacked and what more to loose now  Undecided.

Really shady with newbie accounts vouching and that is the reason i thought he was feeding his ego and if he is planning to compensate the investors, let him do that.

Thank you for the excellent question. Others have wondered the same thing. Using newbie accounts to post how happy there are that they lost their funds and appreciate all that "deano" is doing and thanking him shows exactly what a low-life he he is. As for the funds, well he stole the final 50+ BTC from investors worth over $400,000 so yes he could pay them back. I mean, which kind of imbecile loads $400,000+ from a cold-wallet on to a hot-wallet just in time for it to allegedly get stolen but not even report it to the Police? The only reason for not reporting it to the Police is......?

As far as serial scammer Dean Nolan opening a thread over a month after he closed the website while making it clear he intended to return all funds to all investors (including threats to delay payment if they intend to report him to the Police or try to take legal action against him). He also mentioned he started a new business or was about to start one. I simply put it down to a classic case of misdirection.

It is well known that scammers, thieves and compulsive liars would constantly say things intended to cloud the judgement of interested parties. In this case, serial scammer Dean Nolan is using the forum here to posting for the sake of showing he is trying to repay investors. With that information available in a public forum, anybody thinking of taking him to court in a civil litigation action or reporting him to Police would have to consider the merit of that lie (about him trying to repay the funds to victims). This is classic misdirection.

Consider the alternative, if serial scammer Dean Nolan posted that he did indeed steal the 50+ BTC in October 2019 and blamed it on an imaginary hack and if he also admitted to stealing around a minimum of $3.25 million from the 2017 betking ICO including a minimum of those 30 million BKB tokens and if he admitted he scammed the winners of the 2018 Christmas wager out of 20+ BTC and if he admitted he destroyed any chance of betking being successful when in breach of the ICO promise he deliberately emptied the bankroll funds to use on the buy-back guarantee knowing that he could use it to cash in the stolen 30 million BKB - then what would be the outcome? He would be open to a criminal investigation.

Right now, serial scammer Dean Nolan has only ever posted in this forum when it suited his own needs. The small community of casino who had skype chats and were on friendly terms with each other have excluded this thief. Nobody wants anything to do with him. He only came here trying to spout the same trash that he thinks will extend his time before an inevitable criminal investigation begins. Not all businesses have the person entrusted to run them steal a minimum of over $3 million from it and bankrupt it including topping up the contents of a cold-wallet on to a hot-wallet just before it allegedly got hacked:

It's very common for scammers to use locked self-moderated threads to promote their scam on Bitcointalk, and Dean is no exception.

What's really nice, is that the thread miraculously gets unlocked every time a sockpuppet totally unrelated Newbie account wants to post there to say what a great guy Dean is. Dean isn't stupid, so he doesn't even care how obvious his sockpupping is.

It really is amazing that serial scammer Dean Nolan is so stupid (as thick as two short planks), what an imbecile. Locking and unlocking the thread to post his propaganda.

Anyway, who can forget his threats to investors including this one he to camtheman recently:

Almost like a ponzi scheme, the site had no indication the funds were missing. Just one day site closes and they are gone. At least the ICO is an investment that could be lost and theoretically the bankroll is too, but the site did not even say that people were winning, just something Dean seems to have made up. He took the money, likely spent it elsewhere and now is making something up is my impression. Sucks that I had to be the victim here.

camtheman you are going to ruin this for a lot of people. Respond to the email and chat instead of hiding on the forum

I remember when you warned about BetKing everywhere, you were doing it wrong way claiming they are cheating while they aren't and BetKing always was probably fair.

It is only a matter of time before the whole story unfolds. I hope serial scammer Dean Nolan gets arrested soon.

He scammed many people, he deserves jail time.

I suspect the point is that Dean wants a place to try link to and make people think there's a slight chance he's working on paying back people. It's a nice strategy to try stall people from taking (legal) action against him. He's even gone as far as to extort people saying that any talking bad of him, or taking any legal recourse against will result in them being not paid back. I think the play here is just that if you can stall people, after a few months they're far less angry about it and far less likely to actually do something.

It's actually pretty much common of scammers to try placate their victims after the fact. I'd say it easily happens 90%+ of the time. I remember when dice.ninja went dark they deleted absolutely all their accounts everywhere and everything, but still left signed-messages from their cold-storage address promising that people would get paid back (which of course never happened).

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

Very well put. Scammers have a habit employing several tactics which mirror each other but they are all designed to simply misdirect in the hope of extending (as you said) the time to possibly lessen the anger and sentiment that victims feel.

From the perspective of a victim, there is a significant difference between reading these two post because one acknowledges criminality and the other does not therefore a victim might be reluctant to report the matter to the Police:

1) "Hey, the website was hacked and we lost everything but I am working on some other projects and will pay you back but I need a few months"
2) "I am a scammer, I stole funds from you and you will never see your money again"

The fact serial scammer Dean Nolan is posting here with his lies means there has to be a reason behind it and it is clear for most it is an attempt to stop any victims reporting him to the Police.

I received this PM today as notification because serial scammer Dean Nolan deleted the post in his self-moderated thread----

A reply of yours, quoted below, was deleted by the starter of a self-moderated topic. There are no rules of self-moderation, so this deletion cannot be appealed. Do not continue posting in this topic if the topic-starter has requested that you leave:

I would call it disgraceful conduct on his part rather than call it immature but what else is to be expected from serial scammer Dean Nolan. He was last online here in 9th December 2019.

Is there any news about what the thief and scammer is doing at the moment and what lies has he been spinning to his investors that he faked the theft of over $400,000 worth of Bitcoin but conveniently did not report it to the police?

I can understand if he had a legit follower base but as you can see from the fact that he had to use newbie accounts to promote himself and his own views, he doesn't even have a proper following neither, how did he managed to steal so much money when not that many people really liked him?

In any case at least with him now gone and the website being "hacked" we won't have to deal with this now, it is time to start a legal action and I think there are more than enough proof that he stole funds from people with the promise of bigger returns and never made them any returns, his newbie accounts and fake witnesses can't protect him when he is on court, he can hire the best lawyer he can find but when the proof is there and it is concrete all the lawyer can do is try to drop his jail time.
