Erupter blade doesn't work after a reset

Hello !

I wanted to speed up the erupter blade, I adjusted voltages, but when I did a reset ethernet card stopped working. I mean no led is blinking. The computer and modem cannot see the eth module. I'm afraid when I did the reset I deleted hex from PIC. I hope you can help me, because I don't know what to do..
