Hey guys, there is a very simple solution to your issue, You need to break your pool up into three pools. Keep your users, just assign them to one of the three pools

See my comments above.  Making 3 pools or 1000 pools doesnt matter if they are ran by the same individual.  The risk of a 51% attack is the individual in control of the hashpower, not the pool or 1000 pools they run.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

It may be like that but it doesent have to. 51% on one guy is a risk only if he wants to fork it. But if its 2 independent pool-s on other servers... Its just 2 pool's nothing else. You'll have to hack both of them, that is a lot harder to do.

@Coinotron
Pls consider lowering minimum payout for Darkcoin to something like 0.5 DRK. We are hitting very high diff's and for small miners could take days to get a coin.

Thank you.

Done.
Min. DRK payout is now 0.1 DRK  ( when amount is < 0.5 DRK, there is additional withdrawal fee = 0.01 DRK)

FYI

Our Darkcoin pool was on wrong fork for last 6 hours. I updated pool wallet yesterday to the newest version 0.9.4.8. I got second wallet with the same client - it stayed on proper fork. I will send details of this issue to DarkCoin developer.

Today, 26 May 2014 Darkcoin pool was mining for 6 hours on forked chain. As a result over 100 blocks were orphaned. We updated pool's wallet to the newest version 0.9.4.8 yesterday. Everything worked fine. Pool was on proper chain until about 7:20 UTC. Then DRK block chain forked. I asked DarkCoin developer to investigate this issue.

I would like to compensate miners their lost time. For next 5 days mining in DRK pool will be free.

Thank you Coinotron!

FYI

DarkCoin forked again an hour ago.
I had to shut down DRK pool. We were certainly on wrong fork. I'm waiting for patch which will solve this issue.

Are current confirmed rewards correct?
I have 0.59 confirmed for hours but no payouts (set auto at 0.5).

Thanks
