I need someone who can receive Paypal payments on my behalf, take 10% commission for himself and pay me back in BTC(preferred) or Perfectmoney.Actually I can't have Paypal account in my country.I have monetized my website with some Publisher networks and they support Paypal only.For now I'll be receiving payments from several Publisher networks like Bidvertiser and Adhitz.
Don't worry it won't be more than $100 in next 3-4 months.I would like it to be a long term deal lasting for many months.Trusted member of community preferred!

I'm sorry to be the harbinger of bad news but it's unlikely you'll find someone willing to do this given that if you get chargebacked either you won't get the money or the person doing this for you will lose money. And the fact that chargeback scams are common place now.

I would be receiving payments from trusted ad networks, so no concern about chargebacks for my paypal partner! About the other scamming me, that's why I posted I would prefer only Trusted member of community!

He sold me BTC <> PayPal, I believed we did 3 different transaction's.
