I think you sent to the wrong one. If you sent to the one that you have in your twitter that is a fake account. That ends in a Y the real one ends in an I. Only use the twitter and email on the official thread/website.

He is really legit and nearly always online on his twitter account. There where some really small errors in the script at the beginning, but since several weeks it is really stable and without any errors with timestamps, payments or whatever.
