If Bitcoin and a few other crypto moneys are successful, they may not even need a bank. For this reason, the banks usually stand against Bitcoin.

It is very likely that they would accept bitcoins if it become more of a threat. Imagine they can print fiat anytime they want and they will buy your bitcoins that have limited supply. Do this to a couple of people and you have an entity that has a large amount of bitcoin, that can possibly control the market.

You must have at one time seen bitcoin service in most Automated Teller Machine (ATM)  in some banks should you ive in Nigeria in later year. But not anymore!
Ever wondered why they ventured into that before?

Could it be that they were optimistic about the potentials it avails or were just driven at the rate at which it rose in the market and how people patronize it?

Could it be that it was greed that drove them?

Would the banks accept bitcoin sooner or later from your opinion?

Let's share our views!

Banks do not care about quick acceptance of bitcoin. It is a competition for them and a threat to reduce profits, and this situation is not beneficial for them. Therefore, they will try to delay the acceptance of btc as long as possible.

I think the bank will never accept bitcoin, because most banks don't like bitcoin, maybe the bank will only adopt blockchain technology but will not accept bitcoin, I don't think bitcoin needs a bank

In my country in 90% of banking system are thinking that bitcoin is not a case and it's a bubble and it will not get up to their level, so they don't need to be concerned about cryptocurrency.

If banks want to take bitcoin now or not, sooner or later everyone will have to take bitcoin. As every day, bitcoin develops and becomes more populous. Banks need to keep up with the times.

I don't think banks will accept and use to Bitcoin. Actually bitcoin doesn't need them anyway. Banks don't like a highly volatile currency like bitcoin. Even they don't like anything they can't exploit. Otherwise Bitcoin has shown up to destroy current banking system, don't forget it. Wink

Banks will eventually accept bitcoin wether they like it or not so they can stay relevant. With bitcoin getting more and more popular everyday and a lot of people starting to accept it, banks have to also adjust in these changes or else they will be left behind. Change is inevitable, accept it or get left behind.
To accept a crypto currency for an exchange for other кpиптoвaлaлютy or usual currency banks will be. In this there is no doubt. But to take the crypto currency for deposit storage or issue loans in the crypto currency, banks almost certainly will not. For banks, decentralized crypto currency is a very big risk because of its high volatility. They will not take so much risk. They have so many different financial projects with minimal risk.

I believe that at least because bitcoin is a new technology, and new technology is the future. And the future as we know, we must always develop and who will not have time to do it, he will depend on who managed to do it.

Yes they will.

Some of them have already started. Multiple banks across the globe have started testing crypto payments and have made tie-ups with popular crypto coin,Ripple.

I think XRP can't be compared to bitcoin because XRP has a reverse vision of bitcoin
bitcoin upholds decentralized while XRP only facilitates interbank transactions and tends to be centralized.

If the driven forces of technology and economy demand that they (banks) accept bitcoin they will have no choice than to con-core  and allow bitcoin rule over them and i am looking forward to see that happen soonest.

There are signs that banks are beginning to consent to Bitcoin transactions. Banks are currently encouraging the use of Bitcoin by providing future Bitcoin deals and allowing funds to be transferred to and from the exchange.

I think the bank will accept electronic money because electronic money has many factors for the 4.0 industrial revolution. Compared with traditional trading takes too much time, electronic money is traded in large quantities in the short term, high accuracy and transparency on the blockchain block chain.

As for some countries that scenario might happen. But in ours it is not possible. First and for most, because the government itself does not accepted bitcoin. Issues about its use for illegal activities and just being scam makes the government and the central bank to make people not use it. Most likely, it will only be accepted if transactions can be traceable. Also if it will not dominate the economy. Though, I believe it is better to be accepted and regulates its use.

bitcoin is becoming more and more popular among large investors and banks! Legalization bitcoin will in any case, the question is only one - when? there are already a lot of countries where there are terminals - ATMs for receiving and exchanging crypto money. There are more such ATMs every day in the world.
