IMO, bitcoin is better off without any relationship with any bank whatsoever. There's more harm that can be done when banks interfere. It's designed not to be regulated by any entity and I believe that it will be safer to keep it that way.

If Bitcoin and a few other crypto moneys are successful, they may not even need a bank. For this reason, the banks usually stand against Bitcoin.
Exactly, eventually banks will benefit from bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, that's why they would decide to adapt and work as one.

Because they have to. No other option but to embrace bitcoin. Adopting cryptocurrency in the near future is a must for banks.

You must have at one time seen bitcoin service in most Automated Teller Machine (ATM)  in some banks should you ive in Nigeria in later year. But not anymore!
Ever wondered why they ventured into that before?

Could it be that they were optimistic about the potentials it avails or were just driven at the rate at which it rose in the market and how people patronize it?

Could it be that it was greed that drove them?

Would the banks accept bitcoin sooner or later from your opinion?

Let's share our views!

Bank would accept bitcoin sooner or later because they can also earn here. There are so many people that happen so it is not hard to change your coins to a paper money.

The condition of bitcoin now is not yet possible to be accepted by banks, because basically the dominance of Fiat money is still far greater than digital money, besides that the value of bitcoin that is too volatile is considered very risky. The situation will change if bitcoin is accepted globally, the bank will openly accept bitcoin

The answer depends on whether or not banks develop their own blockchain, and whether Bitcoin will be used as a substitute or as a supplement to national currencies.

I'm not sure that banks will actually take bitcoins, because they are already planning something else that is related to XRP, but it will be much better if they are going to accept the BTC. Of course, electronic money will play a very important role in modern transactions. This is an improvement, because electronic money has advantages that traditional coins do not have.

The answer depends on whether or not banks develop their own blockchain, and whether Bitcoin will be used as a substitute or as a supplement to national currencies.

Banks have already created their own blockchain and currency. Ripple is a centralized banking cryptocurrency. Bitcoin will not be a substitute for national currencies because countries can create their currency, which they will control. They don't need an independent currency on which they have no influence.

Bitcoin is basically not risky because the usage scheme is still small. But according to the Bank of England, it can change if Bitcoin grows significantly.

Bank continues to monitor digital currencies and the risks posed. If some people make transactions exclusively using digital currency, the Bank's ability to influence the needs of this group can be disrupted

Out of that there will be another banks that can accept the existence of crypto, for example riak, crypto banking center.

In this time banks are not realized the real purpose of bitcoin to use because of the government that until now are not legalize bitcoin because they feel fear that the cryptocurrency is highly volatile while it has no physical existence, We hope someday that they accept bitcoin to banks in the future.

I don't think banks will accept and use to Bitcoin. Actually bitcoin doesn't need them anyway. Banks don't like a highly volatile currency like bitcoin. Even they don't like anything they can't exploit. Otherwise Bitcoin has shown up to destroy current banking system, don't forget it. Wink
