Today I and many forum members had a Hangout-session and we have decided to send an official statement to RDP (Simon's lawyers) to release funds to ratio of all funds that is available.
The official message is as following:

Quote
Dear Christian Röhl,

We had a meeting with bitcoin-24 clients signed below.

Based on your latest statement as provided on October 10th, 2013 we are writing this official reply. In the latest statement there was mentioning of 3 options. These options were:

1. No payouts until conclusive release of all monies
2. Once information and file scrutiny shall have been made available, payouts of audited
and legitimate claims
3. Payout to all customers of an amount derived from a specific ratio. This ratio corresponds
to the relationship of the released portion of the monies to the confiscated
portion of the monies. Allocation of the remaining amounts following release
of the monies

We hereby would like to publicly state that we are in favor of option #3.

We would also like to state that we insist on having a solid identification system in place as to reduce any risk of money launders trying to claim a portion of the funds.

Below you will find a list of BTC24 clients that agree on the above statement and wish action to be taken as swift as possible.

CENSORED_NAME €99.000
CENSORED_NAME €15.000
CENSORED_NAME €44.000
CENSORED_NAME €3.500
CENSORED_NAME €15.000
CENSORED_NAME €7.000
CENSORED_NAME €400

Sincerly

If you agree with  this message and would like your name added, send an e-mail to btc24.refund *<AT>* gmail -dot- com with your full name and amount of money due.
The more people sign this, the quicker we will see action!

Proof that this is not a scam: http://board.btc24-help.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=216

Could this -pretty please- be made sticky? Thank you!

I also took part in the hangout. It was quite a constructive discussion about possible next steps.
There were discussions if it would be wise to also send a letter to the polish authorities.
There seems to be still 1 million € of our money frozen on the polish bank account. Which is likely around 25% of the total balances which are still outstanding.
If anyone has suggestions about further actions, please feel free to comment.

I would advise, send this mail every day to the polish authorities: http://board.btc24-help.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=218

I would also like to mention that there will be weekly Google hangouts discussing the progress.
To learn about this, drop an email to btc24.refund <AT> gmail .Dot. com

Good luck to all victims! Those are pretty high numbers :O.

Right now we're at 50+ victims / €500.000+ after only 4 days.
And I don't think we're at the end just yet.

In the meantime, there's a new help forum for the BTC24 victims located at:
