No longer a surprise and now that bitcoin had reached $10800 again, the alts are more intriguing on why they aren't pumping. Some are staying on their current prices but some notable coins are also moving up.
Many are too sensitive with the prices, if the price of their favorite alts starts dropping they will look for a reason why it's happening. And if the price rises, they'll do the same.

I feel one of the reasons why altcoins are no longer gaining much dominance again is because they are no longer becoming popular again like it was in 2017, and one of the thing that affected its popularity was the issue of scam that was going on through it. Many investors now prefer to just focus on still the most popular coin Bitcoin, and maybe some top coins because if you look at it too, these are the coins that still have real use case and has products that people needs.

Many of the other coins you see have products, but people does not really need them, and how do you expect people to put money inside what they don’t need, and even if they need it at all, it will only be in a little quantity and would not be large enough to drive the market high.

Might be by 2020, for sure alts will bounce so better stay away from alts and bags some stable or a good advise is to really put your portfolio to btc at all as it is on its momentum at the moment. If you want to bag some alts choose those alts that are strong especially on the top 100 on market cap.

The slight increase of the past few days is due to the up trend of Bitcoin to over $11,500 price, Very soon there should an exclusive altcoins bull run too, pending that time a lot of decrease may still be recorded.

Investors for now really lose with tokens project. A lot of projects that already get money from investors, almost all of them is not really success and make investors lose their money. That is why altcoins, or maybe spesifically we called tokens must really get awareness by people. Because although i join some of their signature campaign, i usually pick it carefully and not want to waste my efforts.

But what I'm thinking is nothing is not stable for long time if we wait for something then we will see good result and changes in every cryptocurrency that we are holding so don't make the confusions very quickly and don't came to any ending in your investment for holding it will very quick and we need to wait for that.

We cannot say that new money is not entering the market, it does enter the market, just that new investors are making bitcoin their priority for the investment they are making. How much is in altcoins market that would not have finished if it were to be every time that bitcoin pumps that it means people are selling their altcoins for bitcoin, it is not every time.

The market of altcoins is bleeding now because there is fear everywhere because of their being not serious about their projects, and that is why you see that it is not every altcoins that is bleeding, majority of the altcoins that even has more of investors’ money are all responding to bitcoin increase, so I would not tie the increase to people selling altcoins for bitcoin. Many people are even scared of selling their altcoins now because of fear of missing out in case the bull run suddenly starts.

there is no certainty in this space, even though I am positive about the bull trend. But buying it whenever it goes down is not a wise idea. Always remember, cryptocurrency is not like any other assets. It could go up for %100 in a few days or down to -%100 in a few days of time.
always invest everything that you can afford to lose is the most basic thing in cryptocurrency.

The bitcoin dominance is on 70% so I know that altcoins will get bloody.  I think it can be raised above much more knowing that the global crisis makes all the investors put their money on either gold, silver and bitcoin. We should not be worry because we need btc to reach a new all time high so altcoins will get next in line.
