Auracoin adopters are just going to switch to MZC, since auroracoin scam was already exposed, having absolutely no backing from the Icelandic government as once claimed.

Good research. Bought coins cheap now. definitely some good research, This is a what makes crypto so powerful Well I heard about this back in December. I was lobbying to become the developer. Unfortunately, the only time I heard back was a query about running an exchange because the coin I was creating (i.e. NEX) had exchange capabilities. Anyway, we'll see how that discussion turns out. |

Surely this will be trend setting. Is there a website which keeps track of relatively new and exciting coins (for example, with a strong community)? I want to catch the next native coin closer to release, i.e. before it makes it to coinmarketcap.
You are still at a massive advantage if you buy in before $0.50. Eyes are on $1 short term, $6 - $7 long term. If we get the sort of attention that auroracoin received then this is entirely possible. I bet you that just about every other sha-256 miner is pointed at mazacoin right now. My only regret is that I didn't buy more when they were still 3800  Yeah I agree... I have bought in, and big : ) I am hoping it stays in the $1- $5 max range and then falls back to $1-$2 for the time being... but I am starting to wonder... if it does an AUR then it could make it to say half of litecoins market cap (or more) then they would go even higher than $6-$7 they could go on a crazy pump all the way up to $20 ... I hope I really hope they do not... because I do not think that would be great or what the devs want.. Anyway I have got my sell orders in the $1-$5 range, and I will keep a chunk MZC long term and see what it does over a few years. blao! |

I've requested coinmarketcap.com to add mintpal as an exchange for MZC.
That is why right now you'll see the combined volume for MZC on coinmarketcap.
$ 1,753,730 traded in MZC... that is very impressive! This is more than PPC and more than DOGE volume yesterday.

It is ironic that a nation which was forced too give up everything they hold dear...centuries of tradition and heritage...confined too a reservation and spoon fed a new normal can rise from the ashes too create a currency that might be widely accepted! Treaty 1.2...

The Verge article that was just published a few article says this:
Roughly $220 million flows through the reservation every year, through the Prairie Wind casino and other venues, according to Harris.

And the arseholes are back on cryptorush with the fake sells at stupid prices... ie the recent low of 0.00001000 is totally bogus.
Funny because I pointed out to Cryptorush on their opening, that the platform allowed to execute
sales at any price if they are matched as opposed to best price sell or being allowed to only post trades 20-30% of the actual price.
When people complain to CR about the bodged graphs- they say "yeah we know" and do NOTHING!
At first they said that they will ban people... which is daft... if you allow people the function, then people can and will play with it... but all it means
I guess is you have to look back through the price history and ignore.
I have sent half my balance to mint, but I would love to see a big exchange get their mits on this..

Yeah the current hovering at 1000 kind of seems artificial, but a lot of people probably just like the round number.
It needs another push either from a major article (WSJ) or whales to get going again. But pretty much all cryptos are down today, so there's that...

I talked to the Lakota Country Times in SD and the secretary of the President of the Lakota Nation (just googled and called). Of the three people I spoke to none of them had heard of any plan for the Lakota Nation to formally adopt a crypto-currency. One of them had never even heard of crypto-currency. The paper asked for me to call again tomorrow because they were very busy going to press, and that they might have someone who could talk more with me then.
Can someone address why the Lakota would not know of their own currency?

Well, just the statement about when they go to press suggests that maybe a press push starts tomorrow. On the other hand, I also wouldn't be suprised if a lot of people weren't aware of this, I don't think the dev planned on it blowing up so fast based on statements he has made. At this point too many major media sources have covered it for me to think it is a scam. |

They look like real news stories. All you have to do is fax/email the info to the press. That's why all the stories are the same over and over. |
