I don't smoke, however telling to other people who smoke to quit isn't a good idea. It may cause a lot of diseases but who are we to tell them to stop. People can do anything or everything they want and it's up to them whether they quit or not and practically speaking, they know what will happen to their body if they smoke. It's up to them to decide after all, people change.

I used to be a heavy smoker, but now I can stop smoking. all of that can be started from the hardest thing not to smoke like after eating. and it all depends on our efforts

Give distance to temptations such as friends who smoke, places where people often smoke and even watching people smoke. Proper discipline as well as support from your family and friends is the key.
Think of how many years you could save by quitting and how many memories you could make for those years with your family and friends. That right there was my motivator.  Wink

It’s hard to quit if others around you also smoke.  I don’t smoke anymore, but if others around me smoke, I get extremely tempted.

There are drugs to quit smoking, but they do not help me at all. First you have to remove smoking idea from your mind. I've tried to quit smoking many times, but each time I started again.

Maybe it will feel hard at first, especially if we always gather with smokers, but if we have high intentions then we can overcome it. the first we prepare we will stop smoking is candy. When we have a desire to smoke, we eat candy that we always carry, so it can be said that the candy is a substitute for cigarettes for our suction

I quit smoking because my partner and family forbade me. for the sake of my loved ones I did little by little to reduce smoking until I finally stopped smoking.

Do Sport, Tell Your friends about your Plans so they can support you (often it’s social pressure) and don’t panic when you crave it or put on a little bit of weight. Hence also the sport... it’s worth it!! Good luck

Actually l quited smoking the day l realised that there is a better future aheard of me .It was mainly because of where l was raised and also the friends l grew up with .The day when l realised that the people l smoked with have already accepted themselves as failures in life thats when l decided to stop and follow my dreams with an unharmed health.
