2. Create an SBX wallet at https://paper.swapblocks.io
3. Post your SBX address in the #delegate-registration channel asking for coins
4. You will be sent 35 SBX
5. Add swapblocks to the ARK desktop wallet following setting up your wallet section in this guide ((https://medium.com/@jamiecupper/swapblocks-node-installation-guide-alphanet-b7314c07149)
6. Click the hamburger menu and select "Register Delegate"
7. Pay 25 SBX registration fee
8. Post in the delegate-registration channel again and you will be sent the outstanding 1965 SBX
