Thanks for your optimism, I agree with you that Bitcoin is much stronger now.
I do not know why investors eagerly wait for ETF's decisions but do not count the news from being influential in the short term.
Bitcoin passed tests stronger than that, and the price is now $ 6,000.
We may be retreating from the $ 6000 level, but in the long-term, the outlook is positive.

Yes indeed it will be stronger and more valuable than it was before, the price may low now but as every coin comes with both sides bitcoin also does the same way the giant is sleeping now and when it awakes everyone will again start talking about the price instead of mocking.

I think so, the main thing most investors are waiting for is the certainty of bitcoin in ETFs. if it is ascertained that bitcoin will be included in the ETF by the SEC, I'm sure bitcoin will jump further more than the price in December 2017

Waiting for an ETF approval is overrated.

The mechanics of Bitcoin's valuations are much simpler in my opinion: Every time Bitcoin doesn't die, people gain trust and Bitcoin grows stronger.

ETF or no ETF, I don't see Bitcoin dying anytime soon, so I'm fairly optimistic regardless of what the SEC decides.

I have always been optimistic about Bitcoins, I know we had a rough start to the year crashing from the peak, and seeing bitcoins bottoming out had caused many people to panic. While their panic was logical, it's pertinent to note that the crash happened due to the fud spread by media and governments, and now its effects are fading off, which is a clear indicator prices are going to rise.

As far as the ETF are concerned, I'm sure Cboe etf shall pass, rest I'm not sure, it's worth pointing SEC is under mounting pressure to approve bitcoins etf, we're only few days away let's hope for a positive verdict. It's needless to say, if they're approved we shall see major movement in the prices.
