It's definitley a big buy signal for anyone already in the game, so the first wave of money comes from the ones already standing in the sidelines. The money coming through an ETF itself is only a part of this and it will come in later on. And once more and more people start to think "the bottom is in", the craze will build itself again. There is really no need for that since others will not connect their emotions to bitcoin. Usually those investors who are new will always do complain now because of market price movement which is really not that good. The decision of the securities Commission will affect the market either in a positive way or everything will remain as it is now. There will be other news that can push the market to progress. Do not be discouraged about it. Those that do not have the information to make money in the market, which is in the regression. Of course, the Commission's decision is very important for a reversal, but it is not a panacea.

Such a pump as in 2017 will not be accurate (at least in 2018). Then no one expected such a sharp jump in the up and so bitcoin was actively bought by those who are not very well versed in the market and then burned out. Now, even at 20% of the pump, no one will buy bitcoin so actively, because they have already learned the experience of 2017 and so willingly part with their funds no one will.
