Cryptocurrency is the most popular terms nowadays. People like cryptocurrency so much. Many people are involving in the crypto world. Everyone wants to earn money from cryptocurrency. While people are liking cryptocurrency, Government does not like it at all. In some countries, the government banned the cryptocurrency. What is the reason behind this banned?

I think the government does not like this because they can not manage it as their own currency and it involves a lot of money laundering, personal income tax management, etc.

Government not doesn't like crypto , crypto doesn't need decentralization while the government regulations require centralized by government so that the government wants all to be controlled by the central bank .

Because people in crypto are very decentralized. They have no models yet for cooperative decentralized action. These models/methods/approaches should be developed. I was suggesting it in political party topic, but almost no interest.

The crypto currency cannot be controlled, so the government does not agree if the crypto currency is used in the country. Although some received it in several countries as well. The mindset of every government must be different, they want their country to advance.

Apparently centralized form of government starts to look attractive. Governments can do things fast, centralized and organized, while in crypto people are not able to organize, but rather produce numerous tokens and coins.

Government prefer centralism, they want to be in control of everything, legalizing, accepting or approving crypto will disrupt their plan that is why they are reluctant to legalise crypto.

Without proper investigations and deeper knowledge they will really accept and adopt this system, just like what you have said they wanted full control and assurance that before uing this chain they have law the advantages and they can implement rules accompanying all implemented laws inside their jurisdictions from that point crypto in its sole purpsoes can't provide.

Because bitcoin is not in the hands of the government and many illegal works are done using cryptocurrencies and government is not able to trace it...So government doesn't like it.

I think the reason the government does not like the use of bitcoin is because it is very difficult to regulate the rules about bitcoin and other crypto so that this could make people use crypto payments more than the official money of the country.

The government hates cryptocurrency because they cannot regulate or tax it!!
With cryptocurrency it can be untraceable if you choose to be. It can be as traceable as you wish. Or If  for some reason you want to be taxed every year and pay for owning you can be. I am not sure why you would want to but do as you wish lol.

so they do not want to crypto currency because they know it's a scam. so it is prohibited for some countries because people do not care they are victimized by the people so the government staff prohibits the crypto currency.
