Hello, BetcoinPoker got split from Betcoin it self and is currently under completely different management, support team and is exclusively only poker. Regarding the active users - it really depends on the day and hours. There are times where the lobby looks non populated, while there are times several tables are getting filled. However, the main action is in tournaments as Winning Poker Network's tournaments are shared with BetcoinPoker. In case you are a medium to high stakes HU player, you won't have issues finding an opponent.

The software is the same for now, you can download it from www.betcoinpoker.ag
You can also find a lot of information there, either in the FAQ section or in the descriptions of promotions etc.
