I've had really bad results with BTC fundamental analysis in the past, but I feel pretty positive about this, so I'm doing a bit of buying. Probably I'll regret it...

I don't expect prices to rise until at least business hours on Monday.

In theory if people hear about it Sunday, by the time Dwolla clears they can buy on Thursday...

...but until then, you can buy them cheap before they get in. And if you buy now you can get in cheap before everyone else trying to buy cheap before they get started. By the time Thursday rolls around and nobody new is actually buying in, the price will be $3 and you can sell it all.

Yeah bitcoin will rise because of this but I expect that because people already on board BUY, BUY, BUY not because bunch of newcomers decide to buy in.  Lips sealed

But I have to admit I am surprised that this report happened, it might help with the mid-term turn around if that keeps up. I no longer consider it certain that we plunge into the USD 1 levels anymore but it will certainly go back to the low 2s.
