You can check my company details using LLP Identification Number: AAC-0377. No license is required as of now. Asking for PAN details, not accepting cash as mode of payment protects us from coming in the line of fire.

Have you contacted a lawyer about this? ofcource there is no proper regulation for bitcoin in india yet. Still a word from lawyer would get things nice and easy. |

We simply deduct the commission fee from the amount that is sent to the seller.eg-
trade value=X
Total charges paid by both buyer & seller=Y
Buyer sends us Rs(X+Y)
We send the seller Rs(X-y)
