looks good I might be in for a few Smiley
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Setting up a store page on the BTC Guild website right now (only visible to me for now).  For the first batch(es), orders will be limited to users with BTC Guild accounts, though nothing stops you from registering one.  This is mostly to avoid any overhead of requiring shopping cart registration/order tracking pages.

Orders will be first paid-first shipped, and the shopping cart will be available until the last unit has been paid for.  If the situation arises where users are racing for the last product, they will be given the option of a quick refund, or simply keep their place in line for future batches, which will normally have a 3-5 business day lead time.

All orders will be handled directly by BTC Guild, not a third party processor.  Units will be shipped via USPS First Class mail which includes tracking.  Smaller orders will be shipped in Bubble Mailers, larger orders in boxes.  Initial batches will be BTC to avoid the need to deal with fraudulent charge-backs.

If all goes well, expect orders to be opened up on Friday for the first 100 units.  At this time the planned cost is 1.0 BTC base price (0.99 cost + 0.01 handling), plus the cost to ship.  Shipping costs are ESTIMATED as follows:

1-3 units:  0.03 BTC
4-9 units: 0.08 BTC
10+ units: 0.15 BTC

So an order of 3 miners would be 3.03 BTC.  An order of 9 miners would be 9.08 BTC.  An order of 20 miners would be 20.15 BTC.  These prices are all for US based orders.  International orders are possible, but will cost more for shipping [varies by country].  To place an order from outside the US, you will have to contact me for a proper price.

If orders open on Friday, when do you expect to ship?

Orders would ship out Monday morning if they arrive on Friday.  Before I started BTC Guild (and a while after) I ran an online store+ebay store selling used video games which I had to stop to make time for BTC Guild.  As a result, I have a significant amount of materials available to ship via USPS (bubble mailers, thermal labels, priority flat rate boxes, etc.).

Assuming my batch arrives Friday, it is likely that any order placed until mid-day Monday to be shipped out Monday and likely arrive before the end of the week.

Can't wait to see the store.

OK, looks like I'll be ordering on Friday.  Assuming you haven't already sold out by the time I roll out of bed. Cheesy

Sounds like he will be doing continual buys for a while.

I'll probably still roll out of bed on Friday though. Gotta earn some real money. Cheesy

As os2sam said, this won't be a one-time thing, I may even make another order of units before I receive the first one due to the response I've received so far.  There will probably be a sellout on the first batch just because it's difficult to judge demand, and the first offering will always have the biggest feeding frenzy.  Luckily the lead time on orders is only about 4-5 business days, so after the first week I should be able to keep a reasonable number in stock and sellout periods will only be a few days at most.

Since I'm growing impatient waiting on my Avalon, BFL is still 9 months behind on pre-orders, and I've lost any desire to trust a new upstart with "pre order" ASICs, I'm starting to consider buying a batch of ASICMINER USB miners, and selling off the excess basically at cost to BTC Guild users in the US that don't want to commit to a full order (minimum is 50 units), and would rather not join in a group buy.

Just out of curiosity, are any of the US-based Guild miners interested?  Price would be 1.01 BTC per ASICMINER USB (~330 MH/s).  That's 0.99 [cost] + 0.02 shipping (possibly 0.03 shipping, but I'm pretty sure First Class USPS with Tracking would be under $2 unless they're heavier than they look).

Hi.  One of my first pools was BTC Guild.  When you switched to PPS, I got scared away.  Now that you have NMC, I'm back (on PPNLS).

Count me in for buying, I'll be buying them one at a time as soon as I get the BTC mined. Smiley

I mine at Kano's Pool because it pays the best and is completely transparent!  Come join me!

I'm new on this pool since maybee a week.
Great pool, great graphs which makes up alot.

But I notice my average earnings going down. Currently on 0.47 BTC in the 24 Hour Earning Window, I was around .6 at the first few days.

My 25-26 GH should give me an daily average of 0.65 BTC, or I'm wrong ?

I have 12 GH units on 16 difficulty, if that makes a problem.

Greetings,
Luke

Luck hasn't been very good the last 48 hours.  PPLNS (like DGM, Slush, Proportional, and most SMPPS pools) suffers variance, so your rewards will go up/down depending on the pool's luck.  The pool is still positive since the difficulty change, but right now we're in a bad spell.  But as it states on the PPLNS Stats page at the bottom:  Past luck is not an indicator of future performance.  We could easily bounce back to 130-140% over the next 24 hours.

Are there transaction fees deduced in the automatic payouts?
I'm asking because I use this pool only as a backup (with PPS) so having big payouts will take a lot of time, but I don't want to lose a lot in fees either.

BTC Guild doesn't make users pay fees to receive payouts.  Any fees required to send the payout are paid by the pool.  For smaller payouts, Automatic Payouts are more likely to be confirmed quickly.
