1) I have to write 4 winning tx at 15%, ok simple
2) if I'm in the top 25, do I share 1/25 of the prize?

Prize pool based on the number of participants.
If there are 23 participants, so the prize pool is in the first category with a prize pool of 0.01BTC.
then 0.01BTC will be shared with 23 participants, 0.01/23 = 0.000434BTC
If there are 12 participants, then 0.01/12 = 0.000833BTC
