Today Cardano has seen new developments with an uprising coming from its community to unseat the Cardano Foundation Chairman Michael Parson's.

A group of loyal community members formed "The Guardians of Cardano" and exposed an open letter through a website of theirs https://www.guardiansofcardano.com/ that is host to the open letter and also a petition for other member's of the community to sign that also wish to see Parsons removed from the Cardano Foundation.

Coincidentally IOHK the developer of the Cardano mainnet also released a shaming rebuke to the foundation today and posted it to the IOHK blog  https://iohk.io/blog/

This all comes at a time when Shelley is on the horizon and developers have been hard at work to develop new wallets and are becoming familiar with the remarkable code available to build smart contracts on the Cardano platform which is globally recognized as being a part of the group of 3rd Generation Blockchains.

A person could draw their own conclusion from this event, yet one thing is apparent, Cardano will not have a centralized foundation, the developers and the community will not change their path toward decentralization, and the vision of Satoshi will be embraced and protected in the Cardano Platform.
