I came across this project because of their Bounty0x bounty.

I went to their Medium site to have a look what they are all about, and read this article: https://medium.com/@tokenltr/lotter-d77d5e288ef5

The section on the project team has a paragraph copied from the Talentsnap website. Talentsnap is also running a bounty on Bounty0x.
Now this is mere plagiarism, and probably happens all the time. But upon having a further look at the project, the team composition, the whitepaper, all is very suspicious to me.
Their whitepaper is very poor, the website has very broken English and formatting, the advisers and a lot of the team is supposedly from Italy. The project is located in Hong Kong according to the website, while the head leadership of the project is Vietnamese. On their Medium site they say they are from Canada, and only ineligible countries fro the ICO are Iran and Somalia. So they also accept Chinese and US citizens, which I find hard to believe. The admin of their group is called Joseph Browne. This seems like a really international mix for a lottery coin from Hong Kong.
The etherscan address listed on their Medium article is this: https://etherscan.io/address/0xcc538c6335203cd2e771f27d12f4c90695366407
On their website they have stated that they collected 2 ETH, while I do not see it anywhere on this address. There are obviously a lot of airdrops.
Now I do have to say that the two ICO websites that they have listed on their ico page are real, and there are several answers from their advisers. Not all are verified however.
I posted a question on why they have stolen the text in their Telegram group, and I am attaching my discussion with their admin. He also sent me a private message but I do not want to take up more of my time for this project.
