ANN-EMC2 Einsteinium FUNDING THE FUTURE WITH THE FUTURE OF CURRENCY KMD-dPoW

Hi all,

We did extensive testing last week, and can confirm Dag regeneration is working good now.
Mining with multiple nodes and blocks syncing in the network works too. We did not notice any issues with transactions and MIL addresses.

This was all without the wormhole. We  will start to work on tuning wormhole algorithm next week and will give you second update on that.

We talked to mining farm that is  helping us testing the MIL.
They told us that its expected for ETH DAG to bypass 4Gb at the end of the year. Since most miners are using 4Gb graphic cards they wont be able to mine ETH anymore.
We  think that's good opportunity for us to attract good portion of that mining power to MIL.

Secondly, EMC2 Foundation has been meeting extensively regarding the DeFi topics.

Since our last update we’ve been working on reengineering Wormhole feature of the MIL coin.
It is just done and specs could be found here: https://einsteinium-foundation.squarespace.com/dev-blog/2020/10/17/wormhole-v2-mil-update

It was necessary, because not all wallets would enter into Wormhole mode at once, and this would cause sync problems and blocks rejection.


With this taken care of, and the DAG file regeneration issue resolved, we can say that MIL coin is code complete.

We are looking now at jumpstarting MIL network, test network first, followed by main net.

A small MIL coin deployment roadmap will be created and published.

In addition to heating up the MIL network, next on our plate would be testing EMC2 snapshot and MIL distribution modules.

I just started my wallet (Einsteinium Core version v0.13.5.0-b82c8c7-lightsaber (64-bit)) for the 1st time in months, and as soon as I launch it windows defender pops up saying it has found a threat - PUA:Win32/CoinMiner

To the Einsteinium community,

An update on the development of Milevium (MIL)

MIL is under current development and represents an evolved blockchain, forked from EMC2, focused on increased technological improvements and functionality. Last month, we reported on a software issue on the mining side of operations for this project. We are continuing to explore solutions to overcome this problem. We have begun the process of amending an open source mining wallet to assume corrections and deliver a resolution to this issue. It is our expectation that we can quickly resolve this issue and continue to build the ecosystem of software to support the delivery of this innovative project. We will be releasing monthly updates and periodic developer notes as we progress.

Expanding our listings on exchanges

We continue to look for new ways to increase the awareness for The Einsteinium Foundation and functionality of Einsteinium, our current product. Einsteinium, the coin, is available to trade on several top exchanges such as Upbit, Bittrex, and AtomicDex. We are excited by and fully support the recent community-driven activity to reach out to exchanges on our behalf. As a strong driving signal on the Foundation side and in order to reach a wider audience in the cryptocurrency community we are planning for additional exchange listings this year.

Science projects search

As we balance our continued operations as both a cryptocurrency and a philanthropic organization, we continue to look for, and actively support, innovative research. The Einsteinium Foundation continues to support scientific research through the use of our award program, which has been revamped to now be offered in the form of 5 smaller awards. As such, over the coming months we will focus on increasing awareness for Einsteinium in academic institutions and the healthcare industry. We constantly seek top-level research from Students, Postdocs, and Professors from all over the world.
