I was always wondering what will happen to my Bitcoins if I divorce? By the law, my wifi needs to get 50% of all the bitcoins?

Well if your wife is aware you have bitcoins and knows how many bitcoin you have then by law she should have a portion of it. If she isn't aware you can keep your bitcoin to yourself after divorce.

I think for personal like if you get divorce by your wife we don't have regulator here so it depends if she know your code and both of you have really big problem of course there's a possibilities that she want some money to you then i think if related to money that's not a problem because for me you can earn that if you do hardwork in your job and find some ways to earn more

yes every law and regulation must be different for each country, but on average, indeed after we divorce, the wife still has the right to make a living until the wife remarries and you also have the right to provide for your ex-wife, maybe it will drain some of your bitcoin

In regards to divorce it's automatically that the both assets of a man and a woman that married has the right to have 50% of all the assets of both side and that's by the law. If bitcoin is known by your wife therefore it is considered as your assets so your wife need to get that 50% and that's the rules so you have nothing to do with that even your wife doesn't have knowledge about that you need to give that share to properly obey the law.

It depends on what country. But I think that no one will demand bitokoynov, the zone of crypto-currency is not too subject to the laws.

That's an interesting question, in my opinion if she is not aware of you having any cryptocurrencies no one will ever force yu to give 50% of it to your ex wife.

if she knows about it and your law says a 50-50 split - you must follow. but if you kept your Btcoins secret, no worries.

From what I know after a divorce 50% of all assets and wealth has to be given to your ex-wife or ex-husband so whether your ex-husband or ex-wife knows about your bitcoin or not you should be giving 50% of it as per the law that is if you want to follow the law, if you don't want to your wish XD.
