for me, i think its better to use bibox, kucoin or binance, even our account is unverified, but we can withdraw our assets with limitations of course
but i think thus three exchange above is safer than your exchange mate

I'm not a trader and I only trade at some exchange. I know there are safe and good exchange like Digifinex, Coinbene, IDAX, ... that are exchange I have traded and it is quite amazing. minimum withdraw is 2 BTC and it is enough for us to trade small amounts.

Binance is still my favourite exchange with no KYC as long as I am not withdrawing more than 2BTC, which I think is great. No other exchange compare to it, Decentralise exchanges lack volume which would have been a perfect exchange for anonymous users

That looks so strange to hear that and how that exchange site can comply with the regulation? I thought that exchange site which is not putting KYC verification must be suspicious. Remember about this day crypto already familiar to the government.
for me that sounds like that site can't be trusted at all.

This is a sincere advice from me, you should not participate and trade at such exchange. Don't worry about selling information to exchange, they only keep your personal information to support you better during the transaction.
I provided my personal information to Binance and when my transaction failed, they resolved very quickly.

Why in the hell did you forget Binance?

Yes it needs KYC but if you are just a small trader, 2 BTC as a minimum withdraw is huge already. I didn't tried to do KYC on my Binance account and so far, it is very good to use. Yes there are some exchanges that doesn't need KYC like IDEX, HitBTC and other DEX exchange but Binance is my favorite exchange (No KYC for me since I didn't do KYC until now).

binance is one of the best options for the current exchange. large volume and guaranteed high prices when a coin enters binance is one of the best choices.

I read the same comments about hitbtc but still plenty of traders are using them. Kucoin also has the same maximum withdraw as Binance for accounts that didn't followed up their KYC.

I like decentralized IDEX. In this case, there are no questions about KYC and withdrawal limits. This is one of the best exchanges IMHO. I hope that someday they will be able to get more liquidity on many assets.

Binance, Kucoin, Yobit, Mercatox, Idex do not require KYC but can withdraw money. I still operate at these exchanges, it is very simple and fast.

There will always be a request for us to exchange when we will make a very large amount of withdrawals, so in my opinion it is something that is natural. But if you are not included in a large number of withdrawals then you can still use exchanges and withdrawals without doing kyc.

I like to use dex like etherdelta and idex, although the price seems cheaper but it's very good for the potential for arbitrage to the destination market. Some days I also tried binance dex, this market looks like it will be a killer for other dex, it doesn't need a Kyc like the others, but for some new coins that will be listing, Kyc is needed separately for certain moments.

They are to many exchange are not require KYC like Yobit,IDEX,La token and many more. But the important of the exchange is the safety of our coins we trade. Because some exchange even do not require KYC are have possible to delay or take our coins in the mean time.

Of course YObit must always be liable for the lost of the money of every traders who have trading deals with them, and with regards to KYC  it should be observed very well. The reason why most of trading sites required KYC, is to prove legitimacy of each and every trader which could prevent fraudulent people enters through the system. With exchange site without this KYC verification like YObit, etherdelta, forkdelta and other non mentioned; probably they're candidate for a possible security breaches.
