"also can i  power up some cards with server psu Huh i mean with no Connection with the atx socket ?'

Yes you can. use Server PSU something like a 1200w. They work great. I suggest this site for buying one. Use your 1600w to power some of other cards and the motherboard.

Stick to Linux OS like HiveOS or SMOS for mining.

Don't listen to google anymore, you NO LONGER NEED TO BIOs MOD YOUR RX GPUS, with the new AMD software timings mod(Included in HiveOS) you can just play with the timings and get same Ethereum hashrates.

hope this helps.

With HiveOS you can easily build a rig and all the cards will be recognized out of the box , no need to tweak around like in Windows.

The only downfall is that unfortunately Linux Os-es use a bit more, about 5% more in electricity, hopefull this will be fixed soon if not already in the new HiveOs version.

how you would connect 10GPU and 10 Riser on this PSU?!

use a smaller ATX PSU connect to ATX A and to ALL 3 Molex Ports

the GPU and Risers connect to Server PSU - the Server PSU will start with pluged into the wall - ATX PSU will also start at this time if you set in BIOS "power on after AC loss"

Yes, the server Psu is a great option or at least 2 x 1200-1300 watt independent Psus like Evga or Corsair which has a lot of connections.

socket B and C is only for syncing the ATX PSU

it WILL work without 24pol in B and C
only be sure you plug in the molex A B and C

i have 10 Vega running fine with 18.6.1 and tried also with 19.4.x (only problem is missing power_temp - so i still use 18.6.1)

try to sell the EVGA PSU, get yourself a smaller one platinum and server psu and you are ready to go

there was a solution here to change pci-e from gen1 to auto or gen 2

Solution/fix found: *Confirmed* Changing the PCI-E gen speed from the default setting of gen1 to auto and/or gen2 in the motherboard bios solves the 20 series install issues on both ASUS B250 and H370 Mining MBs.

Thanks goes to Someone_2 of the Ravencoin Community discord (mining section).

Have you tried using other devices? if not then you can try on another device and whether it is detected or not, at least you can have an answer when you have tried it on a different device.
