That’s really very sad, that you have lost your coins! I think, you can contact their support team they might help you to get back your BTCD. Also you can trace the transaction ID and find if it is mined in a pool. An advice for you is, always double check what you are doing and put the correct address! Hope that, you will get your coins soon. Good luck!

Very sorry to hear this. By contacting their support team you might get back your coins. Also by tracing the transaction Id you can find it if it is mined in a pool. But always check before you put the address. Hope you get all your lost coins soon!

If you have a problem like the one you said, I suggest you contact the exchange assistance center that you are using or you send an e-mail and share your problem, my opinion is the best way to solve your problem

I have transfered Bitcoin Diamonds to exchange by Electrum Bitcoin Diamond wallet, but transaction somehow  afects my real Bitcoin account . So I lost all my BTC.
Exchange said that BCD didn't arrived

Could anybody help me with some ideas?
You might have downloaded the Electrum wallet from a fake website. You should have checked twice before downloading that whether it is an official website of Electrum or not.

I think you must have used wrong wallet to save your Bitcoin in other to receive the BCD and I don't think that could be recover because the wallet might be one of the phishing wallet , while your seed are surely not secret , but I think you can still retrace the btc if moved to another wallet and the BCD might have been linked to another wallet to and you hoping you are sending but not, try to check the wallet on explorer and see if it was moved but I don't think that can be recover.

It is quite unfortunate, this has happened this way. It will be very difficult to retrieve your lost funds. Next time try and be extra careful and do double checking before making any transaction on the blockchain network. It is almost impossible to reverse such transactions.

This is a great mistake you have done. Though, you may try contacting exchange authority as well as your wallet support center. They may help you. But I assume, what you have lost cannot be recovered for now but it taught you a great lesson which is million dollar worth for the future actions.

How did you claim your bitcoin diamond? If you used the private key from the btc address, it migt have ben a phishing attack that ave away your btc address access to attackers.

Well I think youre doing the wrong thing, instead of yours address you use the phishing address, as what ive always said be carefull transferring your account because nowadays there are so many scammers right now.

You can check transaction details. You will see if you correct enter receiver address. And also check if transaction was successful.

well you need to be more and more careful on such matters cause if you can't save your coin that's mean you can't save your earning, the crypto authority are now being very serious about the security about support is also needed to prevent it

Sorry about that but you should be more careful when doing a transaction next time well one reason could be that you might have submmited your private key or might have entered a phising site or there could be more

I think this problem is solvable. Bitcoin can easily be restore. If you sent it to wrong address or wrong wallet try to trace the transaction ID and try to find it if it mined in a pool.

The addresses you sent funds to/from?

Bitcoin diamond have Replay protection I believe so It's possible that the wallet you were using malicious code, assuming that you claimed your BCD using that wallet with your BTC seed/private keys.

yes I have used my BTC privkey to access Electron Bitcoid Diamond wallet

and my BTC was transfered to the same BTC address, what I used to Bitcoid Diamond

I think you already lost your access to your funds because you install or download apps or wallet that's not safe to use, Because putting and saving your private keys on stranger wallet is really dangerous, Is that really a legit electron wallet you use?

I am not sure if you can get them back. But if you plan on keep investing on cryptos I recommend you looking into AML BitCoin. AML BitCoin rests on a privately regulated public blockchain that facilitates AML-KYC compliance and identifies criminals associated with illicit transactions while maintaining and strengthening the privacy protections for legitimate users.

Clearly you need to speak with the exchange - amongst other things - if they have the priv key for the wallet they will be able to get the BTC sent to that.
