Even if everything else about them is fair and above board; their inability to identify their team members, and their failure to provide a physical location address are sure-shot red flags to derail any fledgling optimism about them.

Stay away to stay safe; at least until all the team members can be identified, verified, and fact-checked through social media profiles; and they are able to provide a physical office address that can be vetted through an inspection visit of their premises.

Website looks quite static and not overly well put together. I've tried looking around for legitimate reviews of the site without any success. It's not worth risking your funds with them, so you'd be better off using more reputable/established sites. Quality over quantity, or in this case reputation above small savings.

 - Website Design: Design seems unprofessional, and anyone can do it if they get a simple course in design.
 - Unrealistic prices: Checked the price of bitcoin and prices look entirely different from trading platforms.

Ask your friend about proof of profit from that site "I'm sure that S/he scam you."
