a very interesting question.

beyond the fact that alex jones and infowars don't care about their viewers and expose them to the tracking, harvesting and then exploitation of this data by enemy enterprises, it shows that those traitors are just hypocrites.

they say they banned jones, but on the other hand they are still happy to harvest with their apis... what a shame on both side.

I don’t particularly want some big company telling me what I can and cannot read about or listen to.

I suspect if this was one of the many mainstream groups on the left who activity pursue violence and harassment, you would feel very different.

There is a distinct possibility that the Infowars 'ban' is a charade/psy-op which Jones in participating in.  Since the election Jones has been doing everything possible to support at least one faction of the Zionist contingent, and not necessarily the ones who own a lot of the legacy media. 

The advantage I could see for Jones and his putative allies:

 - He may want to 'retire' and ease his way out of the game, so being pushed out would be sort of a 'don't throw me in the brier patch' move.

 - He builds credibility with his audience who, like me, had walked away on account of his Israel-first shilling.

 - He might be making some actual real money instead of nickles and dimes (5's and 10's of millions here and there.)

 - Identify the individuals who are so dedicated that they follow Infowars off of the currently dominant SM platforms.

 - Use Jones as a foil (as they have been) to wit anything he says is automatically wrong in the eyes of the idiot 'normie' masses.

I actually don't put this scenario even to the 50% probability range, but I certainly don't at all rule it out.  There are a lot of possibilities where reality is some mix of 'good' and 'bad' factors.
