We've seen 'legit' projects such as Oyster Pearl going down the drain and projects that were assumed as scams turning out legit.

It's definitely becoming more difficult to know which projects are legit now. Since a lot of the time only the person at the very top knows about the impending scam, leaving the others to pick up the pieces.

Exchanges can't really be blamed for listing tokens that turn out to be scams, since most of the time it is practically impossible to know in advance as for all intents and purposes the projects are a success until the scam.

Indeed, there have been cases in which even everyone working on the company got burnt. I'm pretty sure individuals working for Oyster had no clue of what was going to happen.

The most exchanges can do is a thorough study of the whitepaper and a detailed check on the team background.

Do you obtain a store of tokens directly from the projects, since I noticed a few times you said certain tokens were out of stock?

Indeed, they do. I'm also a holder of LatiumX, OriginalTrail, ClearPoll.

Their whitepaper actually sums their system pretty well.

For liquidity, if they don’t have a token in stock they mimic orders on exchanges.

Also users assume they only have 1 wallet and if that wallet doesn’t have a token in it then they can’t fulfil the order. That isn't the case though.
They have 5+ wallets and they are able to fill nearly every order and refunds are only done if absolutely necessary.

We get tokens from 2 ways.

We have an over the counter option that we work with directly with some projects and with private token holders. This allows us to provide more liquidity at locked in rate.

We use exchanges for projects we don’t work with directly and Ethershift provides the liquidity. 

We are never “out of token” some people just think this Bc they look at our single public main wallet.

If liquidity is not available for a certain order size of a token, sometimes their deposit is refunded. But we are able to process a giant majority of the transactions with no issue.

Our lawyer helped us in the decision regarding Antigua. But they have really flexible laws for stuff like this and are happy to work with crypto businesses. They also have a long history of protecting their businesses from US intervention. Online gambling is a good example.

I think you misunderstood.  All unsold tokens will be airdropped to token holders.  After ICO there will be no leftover tokens.  The airdrop is just split into two timeframes.  The single airdrop in December and the monthly airdrops in 2019.

I think you misunderstood.  All unsold tokens will be airdropped to token holders.  After ICO there will be no leftover tokens.  The airdrop is just split into two timeframes.  The single airdrop in December and the monthly airdrops in 2019.

There are many projects these days. Most of them are only collecting money and there is no guarantee that there will be a working product. But your exchange is working while the token sale has not ended yet. Ethershift investors won't be worry of the future.
