If still road live for ICO or not?

Nowadays (when ETH is low) you should invest only if ICO is provided by the real business companies (like Telegram, for example).
If you can not find such reputable ICOs then just buy ETH and wait.

Icos are highly risky investments and this is why, you must put a lot of things into considerations like team, product, whitepaper, website, hype, usecase, etc. Its still a good investment if you can analyse it very well.

There are always good and bad ICOs.
Even during the bullish market, there were a lot of scam projects.
This current market makes it difficult for poorly organized projects to survive.
DYOR and select quality projects. Also limit your investments, to a nearest minimum.

Ethereum might be reduced for another reason, it is not because of scam ICO.
You right investing a good ICO is the best thing to do but the problem is how you can find a good ICO that most of them are scammed or undeveloped project and many investors afraid on that scenario. As of now, it is really hard to choose which better ICO we must look and dive for an investment, emerging a ton of ICO every day but few of them are legit not all of them are successful after the product launched.

   In my opinion, it's not cause, but it has a profound effect on Eth's prices going up and down. Really very very hard to choose good ico now , they only promise a few time and then abandoned the project.

This coin is really valuable and has practical applicability, it is likely to be widely supported by the user, and of course it will grow, then investors who buy token during ICO will have huge profits.

It will not be a logical decision to invest in ICO during this period because bad market conditions are most affected by this sector. In addition, the misuse of such projects in recent times, and the use of them for bad purposes, such as monetary aggregation targets, also led to a decrease in demand for these investments. Needless to say, the falling demand was reflected in prices as well, and the market was getting worse every day. Especially today, the ERC-20 Tokens have become very bad for value, which is affecting people not to make ICO investments. On the other hand, as many projects have started to be traded below the ICO price, the number of investors is decreasing and all investors who are considering investing are waiting for the trading process. This is also affecting the reduction of investment in the ICO process, since it would be more profitable to sell the tokens received at better prices over the exchanges later. In my opinion, timing isn't that important but what's really critical is the actual project. If a project is doing really well, as an example those who have already acquired some money before even the soft cap etc that's a project to consider.

If this scammy ICO trend would continue then its not surprising that sooner or later this would come to and end yet no investors would easily entrust their money to invest with them and the sad fact even the legit ones would really be mainly affected on such scenario.For now on the current market condition its not wise for you to make any investment unless if you do see a good one which you can exempt it into other shady ico's.
Your profitability would depend on the risk that you can able to throw off.

Maybe your advice is right, the higher the risk, the higher the profit, and vice versa. If the project is good and develops in the direction of going maybe 5-10 years, there will be many participants and then there will be profits but  low , depending on how the investment of each person, but for me preserve the capital is the most important.

You will just have to find that perfect ICO that will bloom not just on any exchange but everywhere.
It should not stop updating and finding more ways to sell their coins or somehow make it move.

So key points will be a perfect project with a perfect marketing strategist behind the company working non stop.

Investing in ICO is too risky. It depends on the project of the coin or the dev team behind it and the community itself. I've seen scam ICO's that are gone in the wind. You can really detect if it ia scam or not base on the website itself and if there is a dev team. There are also good ICO nowadays that are doing great and when they hit exchanges the price went to 4x the price in ICO. There is also a huge impact with the community, if they dont dump the coin after ICO.

It's really hard to find ICO that will successfully launched with their project. You've been lucky if you got it cause mostly ICO fails due to market tradegy happen now and only few investors risking their money for it.  They might me able to put their money directly on existing project rather than on ongoing projects.

The trend of ico was 2017 . I did nt join any project this year. I think not a good time to get into ico this year maybe. But still alot good project if you find good one to get in , dont afraid of . Just buy

The truth is that, the market is in a depressed state and this would make icos not to thrive in this market now. Now isn't a good time for icos as much of them dont raise their hardcap as well. Ico market would improve only when market improves significantly

now if we want to invest in ICO, we have to follow the project, we can see the development, but if we only want to expect big profits, it will lead to losses, ICO / projects are still suitable to invest, but it all depends on us analyzing and following its progress. we can see from the team, investors, vision and mission, and move in what area of the project, if the project is in a field that is often used by people, this project will be successful in the future
