At This Time difficult situation for the ICO, and has an impact on the bounty so that many bounties do not pay. there are even managers embezzling funds for bounties. ICO dont really depend upon the time but they depend upon what are they developing behind it. The idea, the people behind it and how many people are supporting the project itself
The market now is bad, the managers also lose the trust of Hunter reward. Ico cannot be difficult to re-star. Hope the best to ico in the coming time. If you don’t believe in ETH you should convert your investment to any other Altcoin like Liza or Ripple. I like Ripple the most because it is fast growing, authentic and reliable Altcoin for all. It is right that many ICOs have betrayed innocent investors and took their money. Why one would invest in such ambiguous coin, better to keep aside from these kinds of currencies and ICOs. |

There is really money when there is blood. That's how i look in every crashing situations where the market bleeds. It's the most preferred time to invest and pour in your money because the price of tokens are very low which means you can bagged your desired crypto at a very cheap price.
Yes you’re right. This is the perfect time and whenever the market is down that means that every token will be sold for a cheap price and when the price goes up you will make profit. I haven’t invested in any ICO for this year, I have been trying to raise some money for something else, but I think I will look into this and see if there is any good ICO around so I can invest in it since the market is pretty much down and may rise at anytime. |

Ethereum with smart contract is like making a bomb for ethereum itself. because many scams ICO are carried out through this platform. so if you want to invest in ICO, you have to really read about withpaper, projects for the future and responsive dev.

I'm 100% sure that ETH will build itself back, during the last days it grew from 175 to 250$ easily, if bull run starts - it will go back to 700-800 with the same ease.

I dont think it is a good idea.
We have TOO many ICOs during this team. I cannot how many ICOs we have within the last year. Probably more than 200, 300. What that number of ICOs how could holders focus on investing and researching?
I would say : wait until 2019 and see.

I don't invest in ICO for now becaus many ico scam and fail, it's better to wait for tokens listed in the exchange from successful ICO. Buying the token when the pirice cheaper than ICO price.
for this sector, I think it's a good time for us to be able to invest in digital assets not in ico. because now this will get a loss, right. we better invest if the ico has entered the exchange |

but i think that difficult because market continue down, maybe we can hear a good news in nov or dec like last year.

ICO has saturated, should not invest in ICO at this time  The main problem with new ICOs is reliability and authentication. People do not trust them anymore. I myself think that investment in ICOs is waste of time and money. It is much better to invest in big and reliable coins like bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Liza etc. you will be mentally relaxed and satisfied. There is no need to test any ICO for your investment. |

while crypto is still there, I think the ICO will continue to exist because the ICO is like a startup that keeps looking for funds from investors, just how do we find an ICO that is really good and has a clear concept  |
