People have mentioned to be that we should consider relaunching (with staying on the same blockchain).  How would I go about this?  It's tempting, anything to drive up interest.

So what's your plan dev? I'm maybe looking to buy a few but need to know what's going on here first and what the long term plan is Smiley.

Well no relaunch as far as I'm concerned, as far as right now we're gonna focus on getting up a poker room, and some small things.  Right now the biggest hurdle is getting more users and miners really, as well as fundraising BTC.

Relaunch seems gimmicky and short term, unless backed by something else than a new thread. Get services up, even a simple no-frills dice game would do.

Also a relaunch might send a strange message - what was wrong in the first place and what warranted a relaunch, and why would I be interested in a coin needing one.

I agree, I was asking because I really have no idea what a relaunch would entail.  The best thing to do right now is to get more supporters just by getting the word out, and encouraging miners to jump in (which is logical because the block reward is rising for the next 25 days)

exactly, sounds a crazy idea... what would be the point of a relaunch.

Need to get everyone on the dev pools get some coins together and fund some development.

People not mining on the dev pools are not supporting the coin.

Yes, and we just need to get miners in general!  The next 25 days are the highest that block rewards ever are going to be in the history of Credits, and people are going to be discouraged if they miss that opportunity.

Instead of using Bitcoin poker room, we're probably gonna take an existing open source poker client like http://www.pokerth.net/ , and just add in Credits functionality with it.

Why dont we set a time and date that we can all agree on to switch over to one of the dev pools. Whats really stopping us switching over is the lack of blocks we will find going solo.
Unless we could convince amDOGE to become a donor since she basically has all the hashrate.

Finally mined 200,000 Credits Cheesy.

Can't wait until the block rate decreases in 25 days.

It should decrease lower than 2000 though, because it won't become valuable if it decreases back to what it was before the increase.

Have it decrease to 1000, or 500 at least.

What Mikellev said and what's stopping you from donating to the devs yourselves, or asking me?

Maybe I should of phrased that better, I meant a large portion of it. I have donated a fair bit personally and I cant complain since I am also using your pool. What im really getting at is something should be done about the information page as the pool section has huge links to home based pools with no one in them. It doesn't really scream confidence for new visitors.

On another note the market seems to be getting much better.

100k is a good amount, as the price will definitely increase after the inflationary period.  But more is always better!

I sent my first donation today, and will continue to do so in the future as i really like this coin.
It just feels like it could go places, and the devs should be encuraged to continue working on it.
I have also switched to devs Dredd pool.
Come and join me!

Try to login with your info, even without the confirmation and see if that works.

Thanks, that's one of the first donations that we've gotten in a couple of days!  And I highly encourage your suggestion as well, let's get more miners and raise that hash!
