Well ... the question is quite complicated. For starters, it's probably worth removing yourself from all social networks ... but there's already a lot of inconvenience. Then use only really anonymous currencies. The monero will do, it will be better even bitcoin. Well, in general, you wrote not on the forum, then look for information in dark net

The regulations are here not only for the safety of the market but also for those who are associated with the market as well. Procedures are needed to be followed if you wish to open said wallet.

If you are adament about using banking services then you cannot really stay anonymous and have to comply with KYC even if you don't want to. But, if you can use mobile wallets like Breadwallet or Coinomi then you can actually remain anonymous and trade coins.

Coinbase is not technically wallet but you can store your coins there and to do that you must provide those informations they are asking from you. But, there are sites like Localbitcoin that can help you remain anonymous but I really won't suggest someone who is new to use LocalBitcoin, it's definitely not for beginners.

There are many online wallate which are allow you to be anonymous but all them are not safe and secure. So you need to take some risk with your wallet to stay anonymous.

I do not wish to mine, only to have a method of withdraw and deposit to and from my bank account. This is because I've been asked if I have a wallet people can donate to, and it's been asked twice so I figured it would be helpful to have.

Coinbase wants my SSN and a photo ID, and I'm not comfortable with that.

There are similar issues with CEX and Kraken, from my research.

Is there any wallet service that will let me use my debit card as a way to receive money? I want to have the wallet just so I have the option to accept Bitcoin or other coins.
As you can see from the many exchanges that use complete data verification from the user, it was done because it has become crypto regulations for now, with the aim that your data will be safe in the exchange you mentioned, they are protected by legal exchange.

Once the government takes over then they are not anonymous.

Online wallets or exchanges like Coinbase should comply with the rules of certain countries. They cannot just work while money is involved with it. They need to pay taxes and everything to continue their service.

Now, what you want is impossible. You want a debit card to be used as means of payment for buying bitcoin and also as a dropoff for selling it. You will have a problem with the bank that you are using. Better talk to them first before jumping in. They might also close your account for doing that.

Due to recent events, many crypto money markets now require the KYC process. This is actually a good thing in a sense. But of course you know what you want.

BIG WINNER!

Integrating banking system will never allow you to remain anonymous even if you wish to. But, there are plenty of wallets out there that are easy to use and you can also keep your anonimity intact while trading using those wallets. Try to choose from one of them and learn slowly about the rules and regulations and soon you'll find out how the centralization actually works.

Coinbase is most sustainable online wallet so it's their common protocol. But those online wallet which are give the option to stay anonymous is not safe most of the time.

I think you just simply want to receive fiat currency through bitcoin but to do it anonymously. I suggest  downloading electrum for the bitcoin wallet to get and then cash out using a atm machine. In this process fees will higher.

It seems to me that in your case is good only for small exchange offices which do not require your data or p2p sharing. IMHO

You can use bitcoin ATMs (https://coinatmradar.com) or p2p exchanges (bisq, https://paxful.com, https://liberalcoins.com) to buy/sell bitcoin without ID.

Bank accounts and debit cards arent anonymous. The trade partner would need to know the account holders name to send the payment and the bank would have a copy of the holders ID.

I think OP can choose any of the wallets listed in the site "https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet" depending upon the platform what OP is using as well as the type of device that OP intend to use. It is better to take segwit enabled address to save some fees.
