You reliaze ANY GPU can get that low if you drop the I: down low enough?

I accidentally set the rAwIntensity to 20, when I thought I was setting the Intensity to 20, on one of our 290 cards. Lets just say I was getting similar hashrates as you.

Correct. However the results I am showing is the actual maximum hashrate from one of an old PC at my workplace. It has NVIDIA Quadro FX 570 with only 256 MB memory. Yes, it's a pretty old card.

The shown results are with cgminer. With CUDAMiner I get 3.6 lhash/sec

The same PC hashes at 23 khash/sec with its quad-core CPU..  lol
