$10,000 is the target that bitcoin hard to pass this year with the current ups and downs. However, Bitcoins aren't normal, so the immediate risk won't prevent it in the long run.

 It is the price of bitcoin that is rising not the value of bitcoin. I think value is what you get and price is what you pay. If you ask me I believe the value of bitcoin is much much more than what it is right now, I feel like warren buffet when I see bitcoin on my wallet because I value invested in it, I think bitcoin price needs to be at least 100k or so to make sure the value of bitcoin matches the price of bitcoin.
If you mean price of bitcoin rising again, that is not a surprise because bitcoin keeps going down and up all the time not a new thing it has been like this for the past 10 years.

I think today the condition of bitcoin prices is currently experiencing a price decline and at this time you should be able to use prices like this to be able to get a very much waiting profit until the price increases again.

This is a huge swing of price on bitcoin, and it seems that many traders were selling coins at daily trading. Long time traders are aware of that i'm sure. They've seen and lived through this kind of  market before and though the scenarios are quite different given bitcoin's popularity now, they understand that it can't be down all the time.
