You can't really say whether or not it has stood the test of time, because significant time has not yet elapsed since its creation. I think that for the most part, Bitcoin is doing really quite well, market capitalization is huge, number of merchants is growing and the competition in that strong. Bitcoin is the proof and the total existence for cryptocurrency in the market and the consideration for the investment as long-term purposes. However, this may indicate positive response on the sustenance of bitcoin towards the future since people were holding it. Thus, to assume, it would stood on the test of time while considering that it will still grow - volatility is 2 over 1. Two for an increase and 1 for decreased.

What I believe in is that; Bitcoin as really stood the test of time and negative news which do have a great drop in price of the coin is now having close to nothing effect on it anymore and a perfect example was the last ETF rejection of the coin...

As this is the Phenomena of the nature if you want to be succeed you first have to survive through the thick and thin and have to pass the test of time so does bitcoin do throughout the last several months now it's time to rise and stand upright.

This recent case should be taken as an example for those who start to panic whenever Bitcoin prices change and scare others. Bitcoin can overcome all of its shortcomings and return on its head in no time. It has the ability to live up to the expectations of investors and hopefully, it will remain the same.

Bitcoin has been around for almost a decade. That’s not bad for something that’s been regularly declared as dead, will die soon, etc. Cryptocurrency will surely outlive these naysayers.  Cheesy

This is not proved yet. Bitcoin is still very young and present on the market for a relatively short period of time so the time will tell.
Still I have the feeling that so far Bitcoin is adjusting well and going along the time. But for how long it will survive and stay on the top of all cryptocurrencies actualy depends on the users and how flexible it will be to adjust to the changes and needs.

for this this is not a big threat when prices go down. This is caused by bad news about bitcoin which makes investors doubt and sell at low prices. hopefully crypto future will always be good

Comparing other actives, bitcoin exists not enough, he is still too young. Bitcoin price even now is very high, but we need more time to prove his durability

10 years is a lot of time in the modern era. It took fiat a few hundred years to get fully established since mid-17th century and till the end of WWI. Bitcoin may be not as fast and as cheap (in terms of transaction costs) as its competitors but it does its work pretty well, especially now when there are no more spammy transactions flooding the network.

Indeed, there can be black swans, but they can happen everywhere, so we can exclude them from consideration completely. Anyway, bitcoin should be more resilient and resistant to them than any fiat out there as it doesn't depend on governments and their dirty tricks. I don't say that the future is bright in terms of rising prices, but stable prices are good for the bitcoin economy, no matter what. If things continue along this avenue, we should expect wider acceptance as volatility is good only for traders but harmful for the coin itself and its long-term adoption.

If measured against the weight of the negative news surrounding bitcoin and the constant government threat against bitcoin, one can say bitcoin has stood the test of time. Although there has been ups and downs still bitcoin has stood tall. It is a pointer that bitcoin will remain.

That is the exactly the point am trying to make. Bitcoin will forever reign as the best digital currency in the world. As the knowledge on blockchain technology is on the rise now, many others are still coming into the world of crypto.

For many years, there are has been several misconceptions and negative speculations surrounding the world of crypto, you might have noticed that bitcoin always come up top despite these negative speculations.
The year 2018 has not been different, bitcoin has endured up to this time. There are has been several ups and downs especially concerning the price. The changes in the price were largely caused by negative news such as those in the media circles. In spite of all these problems, bitcoin has seen the light of day as the  biggest digital currency in the world. As the year enters the third quarter, all crypto enthusiasts can only hope for the best.

Yeah price changing because of negative news from media circle, but for me it is just a tactics, they create that negative news to make bitcoin price more cheaper so they can buy/collect bitcoin as much as they want as investment and revise the news when it all set to make more profits.  How smart those people.

Bitcoin will be surviving a decade come 2019, and i think for any technological breakthrough, that is to be considered a test of time surpassed.

When revolutionary technology seems to merely exist a year or two, here we are witnessing how bitcoin remains valuable and even more popular as years passed by. And imagine the scam accusations, the negative feedbacks and government uncertainties on how to treat bitcoin, year after years. Yet, as you rightfully said, bitcoin remains to see the light of day.

Thus,i really do believe that bitcoin had stood the test of time and will continue to do so.

I am confidently enough to say that bitcoin has already made it. Well it proved to us that it can stood whenever there is a problem to face. We must remember that these past few week it is really indeed a hard time for the whole bitcoin community. The good thing is that it was able to pass the test of time that it has faced.

Well I can certainly say it is indeed pass the challenge of life and was able to surpassed its test. I think bitcoin has had a hard time dealing with the trouble but good to know that it was able to pass it. Bitcoin has been doing good and making well fo itself. I can confidently say that bitcoin stood over the test of time.

in my opinion, bitcoin can be called up to the present through our calculations to date. If you don't agree, try to mention one other thing outside of cryptocurrency whose achievement exceeds this bitcoin, not in quantity, but in the ratio calculation

Absolutely YES! Let's have a short preview regarding btc's development through the years. It started from $.0025 per coin (on 2010 when the Bitcoin and 2 pizza occured), jumped to $1k+ before the end of 2013, shockingly dropped to $3.6k+ on September last year (the bloodbath caused by China's ICO ban) but able to recover and surprised the crypto world when it nearly hit the $20k mark before 2017 ends (its ATH record). reference: https://99bitcoins.com/price-chart-history/

See? Btc remain standing still.  Though speaking as if it is already done is wrong and sounds overconfident as well, I guess this proof was already enough to conclude that nothing can stop btc — even the TIME itself Smiley.
