Today I created a topic about violation of the first three rules of this forum

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4969271.0 Forum rules are not interesting to anyone, even moderator Cyrus

I was hoping that someone from the administration would respond.

But no, only a few users answered, including flooders.

So I wrote to theymos, Cyrus and hilariousandco
They were online but did not answer and I wrote 2 more messages to everyone.

And that's what I get in return.
https://s33.postimg.cc/pu7zxgqsf/Screenshot_from_2018-08-28_20-13-40.png

That is, one of these persons received my message, but instead of replying in the topic decided to ban me. Obviously, it is more convenient for this person to solve problems in this way, it is more comfortable for him.

I did not send them messages with advertisements of something. I sent them just a few messages with a link to the topic, which indicates that the rules of the forum (which are the first in the list of rules) are brazenly violated, and the moderators do not pay any attention to it.

But these people did not find anything more reasonable than to ban me for SPAM.

That is, 3 specific messages to 3 specific people, these people consider spam. But at the same time, they do not see any problem here.

===================================================

I do not think that these people who run this forum are sufficiently competent. Competent enough to manage such an important resource.

If someone thinks that the administrator is God, then this is not so. He could be a god until 2011 or 2012. But after that bitcoin became a thing belonging to all mankind. And this forum is the main platform for discussions about bitcoin. This is a forum that is of global importance.

And it should be managed by the most competent people. If I write to the moderator for a whole month, but I do not get a single answer, it means that the forum has something wrong.

The administrator and moderators are not some kind of divine personality. These are just functions that should be discarded and replaced by others if they work poorly.

And I'm sure that BOSS theymos will understand this sooner or later.

This is not a pocket forum. The future of the world economy can depend on this resource.

And the administration of such an important resource should be replaceable. This should be either an annual election of administrators or moderators or something else. It does not make sense to talk about the details. But what I see now is a disgrace, so it should not be and I am sure that one day it will change.

For 7 years much is forgotten

I don't know what a "pocket forum" is, but I think your sentiment is a little overwrought.  Ultimately this is just a discussion forum, and it's being run by human beings.  Theymos in particular promotes freedom of expression and doesn't want the forum heavily moderated.  I generally agree with that to the extent that it doesn't become anarchy.

It was suggested in the other thread that you might make use of the ignore button, and that's good advice.  Lots of people break the rules with impunity here, so just get used to it.  Rules are sporadically enforced at best--get used to that as well.  Things aren't always going to go how you want them to.  That's true here just as it is in real life.  If you're going to rage about administrators not responding to your reports of spamming, you're going to be sorely disappointed.  It might be a bitter pill, but you'd better swallow it.

I do not care what the idiots say. I absolutely do not care for them. The important thing is that these idiots turn a serious topic into shit.
And then no one wants to write there. Do you not understand this?

Look carefully at this topic
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2398661.20

Do you understand the principle? Users of the forum write messages, communicate. Next I leave 1 message. This idiot tracks all my messages(just look: the difference between our messages is 13 minutes). Goes into the topic and starts flooding there. He creates the same messages, with the same questions, to which I repeatedly answered. This is done deliberately to fuck up the topic and drive out all normal people from there.
After this flood no one else does not write.

1st. Forum staff do not moderate scams - if you read the rules you would know it.

2nd. Sending more than 1 PM a day to the modes/admins without receiving an answer is just regular spam.
They read all your messages, but they answer only if case is really problematic. As I mentioned in the first point the information regarding scam moderation is available to everyone so I don't think they gonna answer you.

3rd If someone is ruining your thread, next time start a self-moderated one, so you don't need to ask for help if someone is spaming you.

4th. I understand completely how you feel about the situation,  but keep in mind one thing, Satoshi left the administration of the forum to theymos. This is huge responsibility for a young person as he is, in this crazy world to find someone to trust to it's really hard task, nearly impossible, when we talk about money /and here the amount of money is enormous/. This is why theymos is doing everything alone, to minimize the risk, so everyone can feel secure and free.
Bothering him with such problems as you have it won't help, but accusing him in a bad management you show no respect and I can argue quite a lot with you about it .
Don't get me wrong, I do not support scams, I was scammed too some time ago, but this forum is not an ordinary one, it's amazing place with his own unique ecosystem and have his own pros and cons.

If people get scammed most of the time is because they are not prepared enough for the "job", this is a high risk "game" involving blind trust, so you have to be prepared for the  the consequences.

Aaaand 5th. Making new account after you are banned is allowed but you can post only on Meta, otherwise you'll be accused for ban evading and gesss what, you gonna be banned again, for a longer period.

But the moderator moderates them. For example, he deleted my messages, moved my thread in another section. So do not refer to the fact that the problem is in the rules.

It's just your opinion. And I have a different opinion and I am sure that it is more true than yours.

The case is really problematic. The user deliberately works to hide the problem of theft. He is in this forum specifically for this and writes only in my topics

I will not have other threads. I have only these 2.

Bitcoin is no longer a game for geeks.
This is a part of the world economy in which fairy tales do not work. And this forum is also a part of this. Administrator and moderators here can be just a function. And I see that these functions work very badly.

Apologies for the formst, I'm posting from my phone.

I can assure you that all the mods actions are solely based on the rules, and there's no problem in the rules.
You can sure ask why it was moved and why the messages were deleted, in sure some of the mods will give you an answer.

After you got yourself banned, I think there's no point to discuss which opinion is more true.

As I said before, the mods do not moderate such activities, as they are very difficult to be proven. All you can win is some of the DTs to tag the accounts if they decide that you are on the right side.

So then is too late now. You should have known that when you created the threads.

The development of the Blockchain will always be in the "geeks" hands, like it or not they decide the future of the technology, you can only participate silently dreaming for big money.

Yes, I was banned by [I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THE TERMINOLOGY]. I think so. Instead of punishing those who shit at the forum, they punished the one who told them about it. What did they do it for? In order to do nothing and not take any responsibility for themselves.

Such incompetent moderators are not needed. Whenever the time comes all these impotents will be replaced by other people and there will be absolute order.

Stop writing about these people as saints, it's ridiculous to read it.

I do not need to dream about anything. Did you even open my topic? I sent 11 BTC only as a first little part.

I understand your frustration, but man, why would you transfer all those 11 btc at once to exchange you never used before?? After all those scam cases people should have learned that you cannot trust anyone but yourself especially when it comes to such big amounts.

I don't want to preach common sense here. What do you expect as actions from the forum staff as your case is really difficult to solve. The forum cannot pick a side in this as there are many uncertain things. We have your story but every coin has two sides.

People have lost greater amounts before and many will loose in the future. Examples ? Mt.Gox/ magicalTux, TradeFortress etc. You don't really know the truth but what did the forum do? Nothing much, just the DTs tag them.

It was only a first little part and I confused them with Changelly

I do not ask the forum to stand by my side.
I ask to observe the first 3 rules of the forum. Check this person and ban him.

They could ban me, so what's the problem?

You do not have to be very smart to understand that this person is on this forum solely to spoil discussions.
