A List of Quality Questions for MT.Gox to Answer

Anyone that is looking to call Mt.Gox Call Center for answer's should formulate a game plan.

A solid list of Quality Questions for them to answer would be best for everyone... also, recording them would be best for record.

The best questions are one's that are not open ended questions, rather questions that leave them only 1 option...

and if formed properly, will lead to the main question that you really want answered.

It's basically what prosecutors do in court trials... its a stage/setup for the last question and basically leaves them only 1 option.

I myself don't know how to do this... but I figured someone may know, and may help us all gather the facts/answers.

1. Where the bitcoins Stolen?
A. If Yes, Have you identified the addresses in which they are Located/stored.
a1. If yes, Can you share with the public those addresses.
a2. If No, What is being done to ensure that they are located, and recovered?
B. If No, Go to #2.

2. Where the bitcoins Lost?
A. If Yes, Have you identified the addresses in which they are Located/stored.
a1. If yes, Can you share with the public those addresses.
a2. If No, What is being done to ensure that they are located, and recovered?
B. If No, Go to next question... etc... etc..

You realise that the people answering the phones are likely to have a set script and stock answers to a limited range of questions?  It's not going to be staffed by high level MtGox employees who have access to the financial records.

Asking call centre staff questions they can't answer isn't going to prove a point or get people any closer to recovering funds, it's just going to convince MtGox that a call centre is a waste of time and money and that there are better ways to collect the information they need to collect and to convey the information they're obliged to convey.

Ask since when were the bitcoins temporary unavailable?  Who sent them there? Did MtGox ever had the keys to those addresses?

ask them if Mark is an otherkin and what medications he takes, and what medications he's SUPPOSED TO TAKE

Non-stupid questions to ask:

* What is the case number in the Tokyo District Court?
* What is the name and business address of the supervisor appointed by the Court?
* Do you in the call center work for Mt. Gox, the Tokyo District Court, or some other organization?
* Have any criminal charges been made with the police in  Japan?
* What law firm represents Mt. Gox in this matter?
* Has Mr. Karpeles been interrogated by the Tokyo police?
* Has any Mt. Gox employee been interrogated by the Tokyo police?
* Who is the contact person at the Tokyo police regarding Mt. Gox thefts?
* Has Mr. Karpeles ever been convicted of a crime?
* When and where will Mt. Gox hold their next press conference?
* Are depositors with Mt. Gox considered secured creditors, unsecured creditors, or is Mt. Gox merely the custodian of depositor assets?

Answers to those questions might be useful.

(It's worth noting that, while Mt. Gox is asking you not to contact their court appointed supervisor, that's their position, as the debtor. As a creditor, especially if you're a big one, having your lawyer contact the court appointed supervisor is probably necessary.)
