Well they are large exporters of coal, and that's just 1b$ per year so it's not really that big amount, they could easy top it with transforming that coal-electricity-crypto and they have more coal then they can sell. I think every country has some reserves to mining bitcoin and cryptos and I know for sure that some goverments are gathering a lot of cryptos but this is nothing new what is new is the fact that we enter in a new pahse of bitcoin when mass adoption start to rally.
