its hard to trace! i lost around 0.05BTC in a Scamcoin named EAZY!
And ICOs are really Dumb these days.
so its an huge responsiblity to trace and research them.
Other People are Doing it (as an Affiliate)!

To answer OP's question, or rather to reconfirm, yes just stick to standard signature campaigns on this forum in the normal Bitcoin Services section.

Don't fall for all those bounties that pay 100s of dollars in tokens. You know it yourself, these tokens never get listed, or if they do it's on some low volume exchange where you can't sell anything.

The services section appear to pay less, but at least it's in Bitcoin and that's always liquid. I have been only sticking to those services, and since it's a service I also like and use, I feel like I'm giving back value to the service, they're paying me for something I like and use, and I help the site grow at the same time.

This is an overview of bitcointalk signature ad campaigns and they're paying weekly with bitcoin and they weren't fake, I mean they're all legit like they paying good amount to their participants and spending significant amount of bitcoin so how does it became scam?

And you can see that there are campaigns such as FortuneJack, BitDice, YoloDice, Yobit and ChipMixer that had been running for years, though it isn't a bounty but more on advertising gambling sites but they're legit as ever.

Certainly, I don't know how you base your criteria for saying if it's scam or not, perhaps I'm loss.

I have searched for bounties which are paying ethereum but I couldn't find any. It is more interesting to receive tokens because these tokens might worth more than you will receive in campaign which pays ethereum and has stable rates.

I don't think any bounty is currently paying in ethereum but at the time of open this thread about two campaigns were paying in ethereum.  However you can visit service section to apply for those campaigns that are paying in bitcoin as I even prefer to be paid in bitcoin than other coins.

Probably, at this point of time it is very seldom to see that a project paying Ethereum, well for what I know was that they are
always used erc20 to pay their participants using the utility token for the project and will be distribute the rewards using

The main purpose of bounty hunters is to get some token for their advertising works but now its somehow not worthy on the time yet most projects do end up on being a scam and doesn't get any shit tokens at all leaving out hunters in the air and wasting up their time and efforts.Usually ICO bounties do give out tokens for their work but there are several projects considering on giving out BTC or ETH or other top tier altcoins as a pay to their hardwork which I do see more worthy to work on with this kind of payments.I had tried some of projects had this payment set-up but usually they don't last too long or don't pay too much since project owner knows the potential of BTC or ETH.

We need something like this in the ICO bounty campaign, I understand that it's not been updated for quite sometimes because very few bounty campaigns pay through tradeable coins in the market, and it's not surprising since these projects do not have funds to pay their bounty hunters
and they prefer to pay with their token to save funds.

How I wish in the future all bounty campaign will be paid in the top tradeable coins in the market, many bounty hunters stopped doing bounty campaign because of tiresome and useless tokens they've been receiving.

i am guessing the list of bounties that pays in valid assets are obsolete and needs to be updated. I for one have no much updates o such bounties and also plead with the author of this thread to help with such updates or any other member that has valid information can also lead us.

There have been some projects of recent that have offered to pay bounty hunters using listed coin or token and few eth paying bounties but the OP Last Active was on April 21, 2019, 05:03:51 AM and there is no update about those projects.

Gone are the days where bounty hunting was worth doing and not anymore, tokens received from bounty campaigns remains shitcoins in our wallets and worth nothing but working for projects that do pay in ethereum and other listed currencies is worth working for because atleast you do not have to wait for any listing price.

That’s why OP will try to atleast put those active campaigns that paying in ethereum,what I’m hoping here is the validation of each campaigns that will be listed here as well with the update from time to time if what is happening to each campaign.
I know that this is every hunters obligation to check projects first before joining but since OP give a good heart in helping people find campaigns then he would extend his effort to help hunters be saved from scams and abused

At the moment what I am seeing is tokpie exchange, where bounty hunters are given the opportunity to exchange stake with ETH, USDC or crime scene tokens, so we don't need to wait to get the results
