Telegram is taking down the channel's who were adding members forcefully.
Telegram do not allow to add members after 200 to any channel (but organically unlimited people can join to a channel.)
But some people were using some people were able to add thousands of members by some glitch or by bots. Now telegram have started taking down those channels who misused it.
Those spammers are now feared of getting deleted and creating new channels and asking people to join them.
Beware if you were ordering members for your channels.
